Mr. George Syrianos studied Civil Engineer at the National Technical University of Athens.
He worked from 1977 until 1981 as freelancer in the private sector on the design and construction of various technical projects, while from 1981 until 1989 he worked in the General Secretariat for Public Works of the Ministry of Environment, Physical Planning and Public Works.
Since 1990, he joined the private sector in the positions of General Manager or Technical Director in several major construction companies with the object to construct complex technical works of all kinds (PATHE and EGNATIA motorways, railway projects, Olympic projects, tunnels, dams etc.).
Since 2007, he has been actively involved in the management of major concession projects (MOREAS, OLYMPIA ODOS, etc.).
He is Chairman of the Association of the Technical Companies of the Highest Classes (STEAT) for years and he was also member of the Board of Directors of the Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry (E.B.E.A.).
Mr Apostolos Tzavellos is a Civil Engineer with an experience in Infrastructures, that counts more than 35 years. He has been a CEO and a Project Manager in major construction companies in Greece, the Balkans and the Middle East. His experience includes large scale construction projects such as motorways and railroads, buildings, and stadiums.
Mr Tzavellos holds an MSc. in Construction Engineering and Management from the University of Michigan and a BSc. in Civil Engineering from Newcastle Upon Tyne, while he is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE-TCG).
He has more than 40 years of experience in the field of Public and Private Projects serving the Group for the last 30 years from positions of responsibility, including being a member of the Board of AKTOR SA and other subsidiaries of the Group.
He has been the Director of Construction and Operation of emblematic environmental projects in Greece and abroad with significant experience in international contract management. He was born in Ethiopia and studied Mechanical – Electrical Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens (1979).
Mr. Kyriakopoulos holds a degree in Naval Mechanical Engineering from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne, UK. A postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in Shipbuilding and Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.), USA and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Imperial College of London.
Mr. Panos Kyriakopoulos since July 2002 is the Chairman and C.E.O. of Star Investment S.A. a group of companies with investments in the sectors of Mass Media and Technology.
At the same time, he is a member of the Board of Directors of the U.S.A. listed Shipping Companies Euroseas Ltd and Eurodry Ltd, President of the Union of Private Television Stations of National Range [EITHΣEE], member of the Board of Directors of Quest Group and member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV).

From 2000 to 2002 he was Deputy General Manager and member of the Board of Directors of “K.I. SARANTOPOULOS SA”
From September 2002 (after the merger of “K.I. SARANTOPOULOS SA” with “PANTECHNIKI SA”), he was elected a member of the Board of Directors and was appointed General Manager of “PANTECHNIKI SA”.
From the beginning of 2008 until September 2018, he was a member of the Board of Directors of “ELLAKTOR SA”.
From 2008 to September 2018 he was a member of the Board of Directors of “ATTICA TOLLWAY”.
Konstantinos Toumpouros was born in 1978. He studied Civil Engineering (BSc and MSc) with specialization in Hydraulics Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens and works as civil engineer since then. He has worked, among others, as Vice President and Board member of Ergonomia SA and as President and CEO of Ergometria SA. He is currently President and CEO of the construction and property management company Temco SA.
Konstantinos Kollias was born in Athens in 1978. He has successfully completed his studies in Athens University of Economics and Business, he is a member of the Greek Economic Chamber and holds the IFRS Diploma from the ACCA.
He has been an executive member of AKTOR for the past 16 years and maintains a deep knowledge of the Company and the Construction Industry.
Currently he holds the position of the Chief Financial Officer of AKTOR and in the past the he has served the Financial Services of the Company holding numerous different positions of responsibility.
