The project refers to the design and construction of the civil and electromechanical works for the Waste Water Treatment Plant in “Kaliti” region of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, which is under the frame of a greater environmental upgrade project of Ethiopia’s capital, Addis Ababa.

The design of the project, will ensure the necessary sewage treatment so that the final effluence can be used for irrigation purposes, disposing at the same time the minimum possible operational and maintenance cost of the electromechanical equipment.

The wastewater treatment consists of preliminary treatment (coarse and fine screening, grit removal), USB reactors, tricking filters, tertiary treatment and sludge treatment (sludge drying beds). Also Septic Sewage Sludge Reception System and Latrine Sludge Reception and Pretreatment System are included.

Plant capacity is 110,610 m3/d. The water treatment plant consists of inlet works, ozone treatment, flocculation-coagulation, sedimentation, sand filter beds, post-chlorination, effluent tanks and sludge dewatering units.

The Panagopoulas Tunnel (official name: “Andreas Papandreou” Tunnel) is a twin tunnel 4 km long and is one of the most important technical projects of Olympia Odos. The tunnel was opened to traffic on April 11, 2017 in the presence of Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras. The works started in 2008 together with the rest of Olympia Odos, but stopped in 2011. The works continued from the beginning of 2014. The 4 km tunnel is the largest road bridge of Olympia Odos and the third largest in Greece.

It is named after the homonymous seaside location of the Local Community of Ziria in Egialia.

It is the largest tunnel of Olympia Odos and is the third largest in Greece, smaller than the T2 Tempi tunnel and the Driskos tunnel.

The two branches of the tunnel, 4,000 meters long on the right [2] and 3,160 meters on the left, have 3 escape tunnels, 5 connecting tunnels for vehicles, as well as 5 parking spaces per tunnel, 50 meters long each space. Also, every 150 meters there are SOS telephones on the right side of the tunnels, every 50 meters there are fire extinguishers for fire or explosion inside the tunnels.

The simultaneous construction of the OSE railway tunnel, under the road tunnels is quite remarkable since, the two manufacturers had to make sure the isolation of the intersections was such in order to isolate the effect of one project on the other.

Η σήραγγα είναι ένας αυτοκινητόδρομος διπλής σήραγγας 2 x 2 λωρίδων με συνολικό μήκος 4.900,90μ. και εσωτερική ακτίνα 5,25μ., 2 Nos Διασταυρώσεις Οχημάτων, 3 Nos Διασταυρώσεις Πεζών, 4 Nos Lay-bys, 2 Nos Κτίρια Υπηρεσίας Ελέγχου, 1 κτίριο για λειτουργία και συντήρηση, 3 δεξαμενές καθίζησης αριθμών, 1 αντλιοστάσιο, Τηλεόραση κλειστού κυκλώματος (CCTV), εξοπλισμός συστήματος διαχείρισης κυκλοφορίας (TMS).

Κατασκευή σε μήκος 22,5 km αυτοκινητόδρομου πλήρους προφίλ (πλάτους 28,4μ.) με ταχύτητα 120 km/h συν τοπικό οδικό δίκτυο, συμπεριλαμβανομένων γεφυρών/γεγονότων, οχετών, κανονισμών υδάτων, αποχετευτικών και περιβαλλοντικών έργων, M&E και τηλεπικοινωνιακών έργων και ρύθμισης κυκλοφορίας.

Αυτοκινητόδρομος Ι/57, μέρος του διεθνούς οδικού άξονα Ostrava-Opava-Krnov-Bartultovice Τσεχία, ο οποίος ολοκληρώθηκε και παραδόθηκε στην κυκλοφορία τον Δεκέμβριο του 2021.

Ο αυτοκινητόδρομος αποτελεί τμήμα του διεθνούς άξονα Ostrava-Opava-Krnov-Bartultovice που συνδέει τη χώρα με την Πολωνία, με συνολικό μήκος οδοποιίας τα 7.742 χλμ.

Η ΑΚΤΩΡ συμμετείχε στην Κοινοπραξία SILNICE.CZ + AKTOR S.A. σε ποσοστό 33,34%, αναλαμβάνοντας την εκτέλεση σημαντικού τεχνικού αντικειμένου της σύμβασης, το οποίο περιλάμβανε 5 γέφυρες, 3 κάτω διαβάσεις και σημαντικό αριθμό μετατοπίσεων πλευρικών δικτύων και εγκατάστασης.

Το οδικό έργο Ι/57 αποτελεί μία νέα υποδομή μείζονος σημασίας για τη χώρα καθώς διασφαλίζει την απρόσκοπτη και ασφαλή πλέον μετακίνηση των πολιτών της, απαντώντας παράλληλα στην ανάγκη σύγχρονων υποδομών που να μπορούν να καλύψουν τη συνεχώς αυξανόμενη κυκλοφορία.

The project concerns the construction of the Wastewater Treatment Plant of 100.000 equivalent population and treatment capacity and with 28.000 m3/d hydraulic load at the area of Mostar, in Bosnia – Herzegovina.

The wastewater treatment consists of inlet works, biological treatment, tertiary treatment and sludge treatment (thickening, anaerobic digestion, dewatering).

The plant is designed and constructed to treat the wastewater of the Greater Area of Bucharest including some industrial wastewater.

The plant with hydraulic capacity of 10m3/s, 5m3/s of which is treated in the biological stage and treatment capacity of approximately 1,750,000 Equivalent Population.

The wastewater treatment consists of: preliminary treatment (coarse and fine screening, grit removal), primary treatment (primary sedimentation) and biological treatment including Nitrogen and Phosphorous removal, sludge treatment facilities (thickening, anaerobic digestion, dewatering), as well as a co-generation plant which utilizes the biogas generated from the anaerobic digestion process.

The client was the Bucharest Municipality.

Το έργο αφορά τη μελέτη και την κατασκευή των πολιτικών και ηλεκτρομηχανολογικών έργων για την Εγκατάσταση Επεξεργασίας Λυμάτων στην περιοχή «Καλίτη» της Αντίς Αμπέμπα της Αιθιοπίας, η οποία βρίσκεται στο πλαίσιο ενός ευρύτερου έργου περιβαλλοντικής αναβάθμισης της πρωτεύουσας της Αιθιοπίας, Αντίς Αμπέμπα.

Ο σχεδιασμός του έργου, θα εξασφαλίσει την απαραίτητη επεξεργασία λυμάτων, ώστε η τελική απόρροια να αξιοποιηθεί για αρδευτικούς σκοπούς, διαθέτοντας ταυτόχρονα το ελάχιστο δυνατό κόστος λειτουργίας και συντήρησης του ηλεκτρομηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού.

Η επεξεργασία των λυμάτων αποτελείται από προκαταρκτική επεξεργασία (χονδρόκοκκο και λεπτόκοκκο, αφαίρεση κόκκων), αντιδραστήρες USB, φίλτρα εξαπάτησης, τριτοβάθμια επεξεργασία και επεξεργασία λάσπης (κλίνες ξήρανσης λάσπης).

Περιλαμβάνονται επίσης το Σύστημα Υποδοχής Λυμάτων Λυμάτων και το Σύστημα Παραλαβής και Προεπεξεργασίας Λυμάτων Λυμάτων.

Aktor was responsible for the design and construction involving installations and additions to the current facilities.

The works included modifications at the inlet pumping station, replacement of coarse screens, construction of grit removal, construction of intermediate pumping station, bioreactorsand sedimentation tanks, installation of mechanical thickeners, emptying and cleaning of theexisting digesters, construction of rotary thickeners and homogenization tanks, installation of cogeneration engines.

Nowadays, the plant has capacityof300,000 m3/d and treatment capacity of 1,100,000 Population Equivalent.

The wastewater treatment consists of preliminary treatment facilities (coarse and fine screening, grit removal), primary treatment (primary sedimentation), biological wastewater treatment including nitrogen removal, secondary sedimentation, disinfection, sludge treatment facilities (thickening, anaerobic digestion, dewatering) and co-generation plant.

The plant also treats septic sewage.

Aktor is also providing Operation and Maintenance Services for the specific Wastewater Treatment Plant.

The final effluent specifications SS<35mg/l, COD<125mg/l, BOD5<25mg/l, TN<10 mg/l, Total Coliforms <1000 TC/100ml, E-coli Coliforms <200 E-coli/100ml are met.

Design & Build of Aircraft Maintenance Hangar at New Doha International Airport, Qatar including special equipment of operation and maintenance. The Aircraft Maintenance Hangar superstructure utilises 24,000 tons of structural steel. It comprises of two fully air-conditioned hangars, heavy and light maintenance, with total length of 480m and width of 100m. The Hangars have wide structural free span to provide flexibility for different types of aircraft and a workshop / storage building. The larger hangar has a clear span of 220m and the smaller of 180m. The building includes heavy and light maintenance service bays, fixed equipment, docking systems, automated storage, workshops in two levels.

Aktor has undertaken the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electromechanical works of the project.

The Qatar Aviation Services Cargo Complex includes a 100,000sq meter terminal and multiple support facilities. The Cargo terminal incorporates warehouse space, AS/RS mezzanine, offices and shops. Cargo capacity for the facility is 1.3 million tons per year, while the apron provides 13 hardstand positions accommodating Boeing 747-8s. Also included in the terminal are a large employee entrance and lobby, Qatar Airways offices, customs and other airlines offices and employee locker rooms. The large scale employee entrance has a 15-meter high glass wall with operable sunscreens to signify the entry sequence.

The Complex also contains buildings that support the operations of the Cargo terminal. Included in the complex are: a Central Utility Plan, which provides chilled water and maintenance areas for the Cargo terminal,  Cargo Agents Building that provides space for private cargo agents, and a Live Animals Center, which provides holding, veterinary, and processing areas for animals shipped via aircraft.

The complex also includes: land-side Security entry and exit Stations with a processing area and trucker’s documents prior to exiting, a fully controlled Pedestrian Entry Building and two Remote Transfer Areas buildings, which provide holding areas for Unit Load Devices that do not require processing at the Cargo terminal. The site improvement areas adjacent to each building are either paved or asphalted with an area in excess of 65,000.00 m2.

The Scope of Work consists of procurement, construction, start-up and commissioning of GSE Maintenance Facility, Motor Transport Workshop, Facilities Maintenance Facility Building, Facilities Maintenance Facility  workshop and associated ancillary facilities for the New Doha International Airport (NDIA)

Ground Service Equipment (GSE) Maintenance Facility: includes a building with 2 levels of mezzanine areas containing vehicle maintenance bays, workshop area with storage, offices and staff facilities. An electrical power substation is to be provided.  Total built up area is 19,000 sqm.

Motor Transport Workshop (MTW):  includes a building with 2 levels of mezzanine area containing high-clearance maintenance bays to accommodate large vehicles, workshops, storage areas, offices and room to house electrical MDB / EMDB equipment. Total built up area is 1,800 sqm.

Facilities Maintenance Facility (FMF) & Maintenance Workshop Facility (FMW): includes 2 buildings with 2 levels of mezzanine areas containing workshops, storage area, offices and staff facilities. A security gate house and internal/external security checkpoints and an electrical equipment room are to be provided.  Total built up area is 6,800 sqm.

Site improvements adjacent to each of the buildings and at the facilities shall include paved vehicle circulation and parking areas; sidewalks; car park and car park shades; shade structures; hardscape for landscaping area; site drainage, underground water supply, high-pressure fire water, and wastewater collection lines; and underground conduit and draw wires for underground electric power supply lines and fiber-optic telecomm/IT lines. Total built up area is 50,000 sqm.

The project is comprised of Hangars A and B for the Emir’s personal aircrafts, as well as an electrical substation complete with standby emergency generator. The Hangar A facility includes 2,500sq meters of offices and shops and an 18,000sq meter hangar that can accommodate up to three A-340-600s simultaneously. Hangar modules, offices and shops have been designed to maintain a 30 degrees Celsius interior temperature limit. Hangar B includes 1,000sq meters of offices and shops and an 11,000sq meter Hangar that can accommodate up to four A 321 simultaneously. The Hangars provide storage and light exterior and interior maintenance as well as minor repairs and are complete with pre conditioned air, service and jacking capabilities.

The Star Channel building – new office complex, TV studio, showroom and car repair shop – was erected at 36, Viltanioti Street in K. Kifissia.

The multi-storey building houses office spaces, TV studio, service, showroom and parking area. The building is of conventional structure made of reinforced concrete. The plot’s total area is 9,344 m2 and the building’s area is 23,320 m2.

Η Αυτοκινητόδρομος Αιγαίου Α.Ε. ανέλαβε με Σύμβαση Παραχώρησης τη χρηματοδότηση, μελέτη, κατασκευή, λειτουργία και συντήρηση ενός σύγχρονου, σύμφωνα με τις προδιαγραφές της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης, αυτοκινητόδρομου.

Πρόκειται για τμήμα του οδικού άξονα Π.Α.Θ.Ε., μήκους 230 χλμ. που ξεκινά από τις Ράχες του Νομού Φθιώτιδας και εκτείνεται έως το Κλειδί του νομού Ημαθίας.

Ο Όμιλος συμμετέχει μέσω της ΑΚΤΩΡ ΠΑΡΑΧΩΡΗΣΕΙΣ Α.Ε. στο μετοχικό σχήμα της Αυτοκινητόδρομος Αιγαίου με ποσοστό 20%, ενώ η ΑΚΤΩΡ συμμετείχε στην κατασκευή του συνολικού έργου σε ποσοστό 19,3%

Η Ολυμπία Οδός, (ο οδικός άξονας Ελευσίνα – Κόρινθος – Πάτρα – Πύργος – Τσακώνα) αποτελεί το μεγαλύτερο συγχρηματοδοτούμενο έργο της Ελλάδος.

Πρόκειται για έναν σύγχρονο και άνετο αυτοκινητόδρομο, συνολικού μήκους 365,4 χλμ. ο οποίος αποτελεί μια πιο άμεση και ασφαλή σύνδεση μεταξύ της Ελευσίνας και της Τσακώνας Μεσσηνίας και συνέβαλλε στη βελτίωση της γενικότερης κινητικότητας στο νοτιοδυτικό τμήμα της Ελλάδας, μειώνοντας κυρίως το χρόνο ταξιδιού και καθιστώντας πιο εύκολες τις επιχειρηματικές δραστηριότητες στις περιφέρειες Πελοποννήσου και Δυτικής Ελλάδας.

Από τα 365,4 χλμ. του έργου, τα 283,7 χλμ. κατασκευάστηκαν από την αρχή, ενώ τα υπόλοιπα 81,7 χλμ. βελτιώθηκαν και αναβαθμίστηκαν.

Ο Όμιλος μέσω της ΑΚΤΩΡ ΠΑΡΑΧΩΡΗΣΕΙΣ Α.Ε. συμμετέχει στο μετοχικό σχήμα της Ολυμπίας Οδού με ποσοστό 17% και η ΑΚΤΩΡ συμμετείχε στην κατασκευή του συνολικού έργου σε ποσοστό 17%.

Η ΑΚΤΩΡ έχει αναλάβει εξ ολοκλήρου την κατασκευή του τρίτου τμήματος της Περιφερειακής Οδού Βουκουρεστίου (LOT 3) στη Ρουμανία και εργασίες αναβάθμισης στο σιδηροδρομικό δίκτυο από τον Αύγουστο του 2022 συνολικού κατασκευαστικού αντικειμένου ύψους 150 εκατ. ευρώ.

Συγκεκριμένα, το έργο αφορά σε οδικό τμήμα 18 χιλιομέτρων, μέρος του περιφερειακού οδικού άξονα του Βουκουρεστίου, ο οποίος προβλέπεται να έχει συνολικό μήκος 101 χιλιόμετρα και αποτελεί μέρος του ευρωπαϊκού οδικού άξονα με την ονομασία «Πανευρωπαϊκός Διάδρομος 4», που θα διατρέχει τη Ρουμανία από τη Δύση προς την Ανατολή.

Το αναβαθμισμένο κτίριο έχει σχεδιαστεί για να φιλοξενεί όλες τις αρχικές του λειτουργίες καθώς και νέες, όπως γραφεία, καταστήματα, πολυλειτουργικούς χώρους και αναψυχή.

Το κτίριο χωρίζεται σε τρεις ζώνες, την είσοδο με το φουαγιέ, την αίθουσα του θεάτρου και τη σκηνή.

Η ζώνη του φουαγιέ στεγάζει τους χώρους υποδοχής του κτιρίου καθώς και όλες τις άλλες λειτουργίες που σχετίζονται με το κοινό γενικότερα.

Είναι διαμορφωμένο σε τέσσερα επίπεδα και υπόγειο το οποίο διατίθεται προς ενοικίαση.

Η αίθουσα του θεάτρου, χτισμένη επίσης σε τέσσερα επίπεδα, στεγάζει γραφεία και αποθήκες στα δύο πάνω επίπεδα.

Η ζώνη σκηνής αποτελείται από την πτέρυγα σκηνής, η οποία περιλαμβάνει επίσης διάφορες αίθουσες σε δύο επίπεδα πάνω από τη σκηνή και την πτέρυγα του καμαρίνι. Το τελευταίο έχει έξι επίπεδα και στεγάζει τα δοκιμαστήρια και τα καμαρίνια.

The scope of the work of AL AHMADIAH AKTOR LLC comprises the supply, installation, testing, commissioning and completionof all MEP works.

Located inside the Dubai Media City, this prestigious project consists of one office and one residential tower, of 13 and 32 floors respectively.

The development includes a basement level, a ground floor and three podium levels. The total built-up area is of 100,000 m2.

The scope of contract comprises all Electrical Mechanical and Plumbing Works and other associated works. The project is Located in the emirate of Dubai in the United Arab Emirates on plot number 390 near Ibn Battuta Mall – Jabel Ali, one of the leading projects in Dubai which is becoming one of the regional Landmark developments in the middle east. The Ibn Battuta Gate is a mixed use development. It has a total area of 205,000m2 approximately and includes the following main components:

Office Building with a total area of approximately 80,000m2, distributed over a ground and 11 administrative floors in addition to 2 car parking basement floors.

Hotel and long term use furnished apartments with approximate area of 125,000m2: an upper 5 stars hotel contains 394 guest rooms in addition to restaurants, nightclubs, business centers, etc.

The project is located in Plot NO.JLT-PH1-G1JUMEIRA LAKE TOWER, Dubai and concerns the Construction, Completion and Maintenance of one Tower ( 4 basements, ground & 40 floors), comprising a total area of approximately 60.000 m2.

The scope of work of AKTOR comprises the supply, installation, testing, commissioning and completion of all E/M works.

Το έργο αποτελείται από αυτοκινητόδρομο συνολικού μήκους 3χλμ., 2 κόμβους, δρόμους εξυπηρέτησης, 2 κύριες υπόγειες διαβάσεις συνολικού μήκους 1.500μ., 7 παράδρομους, 10 γέφυρες, 3 γέφυρες διάβασης αγωγών κοινής ωφέλειας, 4 γέφυρες διάβασης πεζών, καθώς και όλα τα απαιτούμενα δίκτυα.

Λαμβάνοντας υπ’ όψη τη φύση των κατασκευαστικών εργασιών και τις επί τόπου συνθήκες, οι εργασίες χωρίστηκαν σε τρεις κυρίως φάσεις, ώστε να ελαχιστοποιηθεί η παρέμβαση στην υφιστάμενη κυκλοφορία στην πόλη του Κουβέιτ κατά τη διάρκεια της κατασκευής.

Προκειμένου να διατηρηθεί η ροή της κυκλοφορίας και να ελαχιστοποιηθεί η κυκλοφοριακή συμφόρηση, μελετήθηκαν και εκπονήθηκαν κυκλοφοριακές εκτροπές κίνησης.

Το έργο αποτελείται από 200.000m3 σκυροδέματος και 23.000 τόνους σιδηροπλισμού.

Ο Αυτοκινητόδρομος Μορέας αποτελεί μέρος του Διευρωπαϊκού Δικτύου (TEN) και είναι ένας σύγχρονος δρόμος υψηλών προδιαγραφών που μείωσε δραστικά τον απαιτούμενο χρόνο διαδρομής στο εσωτερικό της Περιφέρειας Πελοποννήσου, καθιστώντας τις διαδρομές από την Αθήνα στην Καλαμάτα και από την Αθήνα στη Σπάρτη εφικτές σε περίπου δύο ώρες.

Παράλληλα, η αναβάθμιση του οδικού δικτύου σε αυτοκινητόδρομο, με 2 λωρίδες ανά κατεύθυνση και με κεντρική διαχωριστική νησίδα,  συνετέλεσε σημαντικά στην ενίσχυση της οδικής ασφάλειας.

Το συνολικό κόστος κατασκευής του αυτοκινητοδρόμου ανήλθε σε €1 δισ. και χρηματοδοτείται κατά 30% από δημόσιους και κοινοτικούς πόρους, ενώ το υπόλοιπο 70% καταβάλλεται από την παραχωρησιούχο εταιρεία (στην οποία η ΑΚΤΩΡ ΠΑΡΑΧΩΡΗΣΕΙΣ, συμμετέχει με ποσοστό 71,7%) και αποπληρώνεται μέσω των εισπράξεων από τα διόδια.

Η Σύμβαση Παραχώρησης υπογράφθηκε στις 31 Ιανουαρίου 2007 και η διάρκεια της Σύμβασης Παραχώρησης ορίστηκε σε 30 χρόνια.

Συνολικά, ο Αυτοκινητόδρομος Μορέας έχει μήκος 205 χλμ. και περιλαμβάνει μεταξύ άλλων 25 κόμβους, 5 δίδυμες σήραγγες συνολικού μήκους 5 χλμ.

Παρεμβάσεις ανάπλασης κοινόχρηστων χώρων και διαμορφώσεων για ενσωμάτωση υπογείων συστημάτων διαχωρισμού και αποκομιδής απορριμμάτων.

Κατασκευή από την AL AHMADIAH AKTOR L.L.C. αυτοκινητόδρομου με 6 λωρίδες κυκλοφορίας και μήκος 11 χλμ. διερχόμενη από τις ορεινές περιοχές των Εμιράτων Fujairah και Ras Al Khaimah.

Το τμήμα cut & fill του έργου εμπεριέχει την εκσκαφή περίπου 4.000.000 m3 σε γαιώδες και βραχώδες έδαφος ενώ η κατασκευή του επιχώματος ανέρχεται σε περίπου 3.000.000 m3.

Τα τεχνικά μέρη του έργου περιλαμβάνουν την κατασκευή 4 δοκογεφυρών από προεντεταμένο οπλισμένο σκυρόδεμα, η προώθηση των οποίων έγινε με σύστημα δικτυωτών δοκών καθέλκυσης 120t, 1 γέφυρα κιβωτιοειδών διαδοκίδων προέντασης, δίκτυα αποστράγγισης και ενισχυμένα τοιχία αντιστήριξης.

The project comprises the construction, completion and maintenance of a campus and school premises for the American School of Dubai with total construction area of 45,105m2, covered walks, stairs terraces: 5,869m2, roof top play areas of 4,033m2 consisting of Class Room Blocks, Gymnasium Block, Auditorium Block, Libraries, Swimming Pools, Landscaping and Playgrounds.

Situated close to the Al Maktoum International Airport of Dubai, the project comprises the detail engineering, construction, commissioning, and start-up of a 300,000m3/day wastewater treatment plant to be located on a 67Ha open desert site to the south of the existing Jebel Ali Lahbab Road. The Jebel Ali STP includes the following work components: Site Works, Tanker Reception Station, Preliminary Treatment (fine screening, grit removal), Primary Treatment (primary sedimentation), biological Treatment including nitrogen removal, Tertiary Treatment, Effluent Storage and TSE Pumping Station, Sludge Treatment (Thickening, Dewatering and Drying), extended Odor Control, Building Works. The client was the Municipality of Dubai, while in March 2011 the project won the Award of the National Winner (UAE) at the “MEED Quality Awards for Projects”

The project which has been executed for the Welcare World Health Systems comprises the execution, completion and remedying of any defects of a ground floor plus ten storey building and two levels of basement car park for approx. two hundred cars.

It has a total capacity of 210 beds. The total built-up area is 44,600m2.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electromechanical works was also part of Al Ahmadiah – Aktor’s scope of work. In March 2011 the project won the Award of the National Winner (UAE) at the “MEED Quality Awards for Projects”.

Στη λίμνη των Ιωαννίνων κατασκευάστηκαν σε λιγότερο από ένα χρόνο, οι υπερσύγχρονες κωπηλατικές εγκαταστάσεις της πόλης με συνολική χερσαία έκταση 35.000 m2.

Μεταξύ άλλων κατασκευάστηκαν και τα λεμβαρχεία και ο πύργος γραμμής τερματισμού.

Κατασκευή ενός σημαντικού τμήματος του Ολυμπιακού Χωριού στους Θρακομακεδόνες.

Η εταιρεία ανέλαβε την κατασκευή του τμήματος Α του Ολυμπιακού Χωριού (280.000 m2), που περιλαμβάνει 555 κατοικίες, έργα υποδομής και διαμόρφωση του περιβάλλοντος χώρου.

Οι κατοικίες χρησιμοποιήθηκαν κατά την περίοδο των Ολυμπιακών Αγώνων για τη διαμονή των αθλητών ενώ στη συνέχεια ξεκίνησε η προσαρμογή των κτιρίων για τη μετα-ολυμπιακή τους χρήση προκειμένου να παραδοθούν ως κατοικίες στους δικαιούχους του Οργανισμού Εργατικής Κατοικίας, που είναι και ο κύριος του έργου.

Μελέτη και κατασκευή του κτιρίου που στέγασε 100 περίπου ραδιοτηλεοπτικούς σταθμούς όπου εργάσθηκαν 10.000 δημοσιογράφοι οι οποίοι μετέδωσαν τους Ολυμπιακούς Αγώνες του 2004.

Το κτήριο βρίσκεται ανατολικά του Ολυμπιακού Αθλητικού Κέντρου Αθηνών (Ο.Α.Κ.Α.), προς τη Λεωφόρο Κηφισίας. Περιλαμβάνει υπόγειο σταθμό αυτοκινήτων, εγκαταστάσεις studios, εστιατόριο και συγκρότημα γραφείων.

Ο φέρων υπόγειος οργανισμός του υπογείου κατασκευάστηκε από οπλισμένο σκυρόδεμα, ενώ η ανωδομή είναι μεταλλική κατασκευή.

Για την ικανοποίηση των προσωρινών ειδικών αναγκών των Ολυμπιακών Αγώνων, εκτελέσθηκαν εργασίες των Ολυμπιακών Προσαρμογών – Overlays (εσωτερικές διαρρυθμίσεις, ενίσχυση ψυκτικού και ηλεκτρικού φορτίου κλπ), καθώς και εργασίες για τη λειτουργία και τη συντήρηση του συνόλου των εγκαταστάσεων κατά την Ολυμπιακή περίοδο.

Το κτήριο καλύπτει συνολική επιφάνεια 132.000 m2. Χρειάστηκαν 110.000 m3 σκυρόδεμα ενώ 10.300 τόνοι είναι το συνολικό βάρος του μεταλλικού φέροντος οργανισμού.

Το κτήριο διαθέτει 1.600 στεγασμένες θέσεις στάθμευσης αυτοκινήτων, ενώ εγκαταστάθηκαν 7.200 ψυκτικοί τόνοι κλιματισμού, 36.000 KVA ηλεκτρική ισχύς και 25.000 KVA εφεδρική ηλεκτρική ισχύς από ηλεκτροπαραγωγικά ζεύγη για τη διάρκεια των Ολυμπιακών Αγώνων.

Το έργο της Αισθητικής Ενοποίησης του Ο.Α.Κ.Α. που εκτέλεσε η ΑΚΤΩΡ σε διάστημα 16 μηνών περιλαμβάνει σειρά κατασκευών παγκοσμίου ενδιαφέροντος τόσο λόγω της τεχνικής τους πολυπλοκότητας όσο και του ελάχιστου χρόνου που απαιτήθηκε για την ολοκλήρωσή τους.

Αναλυτικότερα οι κατασκευές αυτές είναι:

α. Στέγαστρο Ολυμπιακού Σταδίου: Το στέγαστρο του Ολυμπιακού Σταδίου αποτελεί ένα σημαντικό πόλο έλξης με διεθνές ενδιαφέρον για την Αθήνα, τόσο λόγω της αρχιτεκτονικής του όσο και λόγω του μεγέθους του επιτεύγματος της κατασκευαστικής του (τεχνικά και χρονικά). Πρόκειται για το στέγαστρο με το μεγαλύτερο άνοιγμα στον κόσμο, 304μ.

Το συνολικό βάρος μόνο της μεταλλικής κατασκευής φθάνει περίπου τους 19.000 τόνους, καλύπτοντας επιφάνεια 25.000 m2.

β. Ποδηλατοδρόμιο: Το Ποδηλατοδρόμιο είχε αρχικά κατασκευαστεί από τον Όμιλο (ΑΚΤΩΡ) το 1991, ενώ το μεταλλικό του στέγαστρο κατασκευάστηκε σχετικά προσφάτως για τους Ολυμπιακούς Αγώνες 2004 και ανακαινίστηκαν οι υφιστάμενες εγκαταστάσεις.

γ. Αγορά: Η Αγορά αποτελείται από μια σειρά επαναλαμβανόμενων στοιχείων μεγάλων οξυκόρυφων τόξων από χαλύβδινες διατομές. Η Αγορά είναι καμπύλη σε κάτοψη, με αξονικό μήκος 475μ. και καλύπτει περίπου 12.000 m2.

δ. Εργασίες για τις τελετές έναρξης και λήξης των Ολυμπιακών Αγώνων 2004: Ο Όμιλος σχεδίασε και κατασκεύασε σε ελάχιστο χρόνο μια σειρά έργων για την εξυπηρέτηση των τελετών έναρξης και λήξης των Ολυμπιακών Αγώνων.

ε. Περιβάλλων χώρος: Εργασίες διαμόρφωσης περιβάλλοντος χώρου στο χώρο γύρω από το Ολυμπιακό Στάδιο και το Ποδηλατοδρόμιο. Εκτός από χωματουργικές εργασίες και εργασίες διαμορφώσεων (οδοποιίες κτλ), εκτελέστηκαν εκτεταμένα έργα κατασκευής δικτύων (αποστράγγισης, αποχέτευσης, άρδευσης κτλ) για τους αγώνες.

Το πιο απαιτητικό και σημαντικό από αυτά τα έργα, ήταν το δίκτυο διανομής ισχύος και η κατασκευή νέων υποσταθμών.

Ολυμπιακό αθλητικό κέντρο πολλαπλών χρήσεων για χάντμπολ, μπάσκετ, βόλεϊ, badminton, ρυθμική γυμναστική και διεθνή αγωνίσματα παγοδρομιών, συμβατό με τα εθνικά και διεθνή πρότυπα των αντίστοιχων ομοσπονδιών.

Το έργο αποτελείται από τρία κτήρια (το κυρίως κτήριο, το κτήριο τηλεόρασης και τον πύργο ψύξης), από δύο υπόγειες δεξαμενές ομβρίων, τη διαμόρφωση του περιβάλλοντος χώρου και το δίκτυο εσωτερικής οδοποιίας γύρω από τα κτήρια.

Το κτήριο αποτελείται από 1 υπόγειο, 4 υπέργειους ορόφους και επίπεδα μεταλλικών διαδρόμων με ελεύθερο ύψος 34μ. και άνοιγμα 105μ. Το κτήριο περιλαμβάνει 45.200 m3 σκυρόδεμα και 2.300 τόνους μεταλλικών κατασκευών στο επίπεδο του δώματος.

Το κυρίως κτήριο βρίσκεται σε οικόπεδο 16.000 m2 και διαθέτει πλήρως κλιματιζόμενους χώρους γηπέδων Μπάσκετ, Βόλεϊ, Χάντμπολ, Badminton και Ρυθμικής Γυμναστικής, χωρητικότητας 8.524 θεατών με όλους τους σχετικούς χώρους εξυπηρέτησης.

Το αθλητικό κέντρο περιλαμβάνει δύο γήπεδα προθέρμανσης με αναδιπλούμενες κερκίδες, διαφορετικές εισόδους για αθλητές, θεατές, δημοσιογράφους και VVIP και αντίστοιχους χώρους στάθμευσης.

Διατίθενται έξι χώροι αποδυτηρίων, ιατρικό κέντρο, χώρος φυσιοθεραπείας και σάουνα, αίθουσες για χαμάμ και τζακούζι καθώς και ζώνη ελέγχου ντόπινγκ, αίθουσα γυμναστηρίου, αίθουσες αποδυτηρίων διαιτητών και προπονητών, γραφεία προσωπικού των διεθνών ομοσπονδιών, χώροι εισιτηρίων, χώροι πωλήσεων και γενικής εξυπηρέτησης.

Επίσης υπάρχουν σαλόνια και χώροι υγιεινής, αίθουσες προσευχής, καφετέριες σε κάθε επίπεδο, χώροι παροχής τροφοδοσίας (catering) σε VVIP και VIP, χώροι προς ενοικίαση, γραφεία διοίκησης, κέντρο τύπου, χώροι πρώτων βοηθειών για αθλητές και θεατές, χώροι σχολιαστών αγώνων, δύο στούντιο τηλεόρασης, θέσεις VVIP και VIP, σαλόνια και υπόγειοι χώροι στάθμευσης.

Ο υπόγειος όροφος περιλαμβάνει δεξαμενές ύδρευσης, πυρόσβεσης, άρδευσης, επεξεργασία λυμάτων, υποσταθμούς κλπ.

Το κτήριο τηλεόρασης είναι συμβατό με τις προδιαγραφές αναμετάδοσης τηλεόρασης. Το κτήριο περιλαμβάνει χώρους εργασίας, χώρους υγιεινής και πύργο κεραιών αναμετάδοσης.

Η συνολική επιφάνεια του έργου είναι 37.821 m2, της ανωδομής 20.474 m2 και του υπογείου 17.346 m2.

Κατά τη διάρκεια της κατασκευής του έργου ήρθαν στο φως πολλά αρχαιολογικά ευρήματα, κάποια από τα οποία ενσωματώθηκαν και αναδείχθηκαν κατά το σχεδιασμό του ίδιου του κτηρίου.

Η συνολική επιφάνεια του έργου είναι 152.000 m2, ενώ το υπόγειο έχει εμβαδό 103.000 m2.

Η ανωδομή του ΙΚΕΑ έχει επιφάνεια 24.000 m2 και το εμβαδό των καταστημάτων είναι 25.000 m2.

Κατά τη διάρκεια της κατασκευής του έργου, ήρθαν στο φως πολλά αρχαιολογικά ευρήματα.

Σε λιγότερο από οκτώ μήνες η ΑΚΤΩΡ ολοκλήρωσε την κατασκευή του πρώτου καταστήματος ΙΚΕΑ στην Αθήνα. Η συνολική επιφάνεια του κτιρίου είναι 25.000 m2 και κατασκευάστηκε εντός της αναπτυξιακής εμπορικής ζώνης του Διεθνούς Αερολιμένα Αθηνών.

Το έργο αποτελείται από έναν εκθεσιακό χώρο επίπλων 5.000 m2, μια αγορά οικιακών ειδών οικιακής χρήσης 5.000 m2, έναν χώρο αποθήκευσης 8.000 m2 και τμήμα self-service καθώς και έναν χώρο τραπεζαρίας για το κοινό, μια παιδική αίθουσα, μια καφετέρια, ένα μίνι μάρκετ με Σουηδικά προϊόντα και γραφεία προσωπικού.

Το αντικείμενο του έργου περιελάβανε επίσης εργασίες εξωραϊσμού συνολικής επιφάνειας 36.000 m2 με υπαίθριο χώρο στάθμευσης 1.200 αυτοκινήτων, φυτεύσεις έκτασης 2.500 m2 και πλακόστρωση.

Η McArthurGlen δημιούργησε στην Αθήνα το 20ο Designer Outlet της. Έχει σχεδιαστεί και κατασκευαστεί σύμφωνα με τα υψηλότερα πρότυπα της εταιρείας.

Πρόκειται για ένα πολυτελές εμπορικό κέντρο με κυρίως υπαίθριους δημόσιους διαδρόμους, οι οποίοι, ακολουθώντας την επιτυχημένη ιδέα της εταιρείας, προσπαθούν να δημιουργήσουν την αίσθηση των αγορών στην εμπορική περιοχή του κέντρου μιας μικρής παραδοσιακής πόλης.

Αναπτύσσεται σε δύο εμπορικές ιστορίες.

Η συνολική εκμισθώσιμη περιοχή λιανικής είναι πάνω από 22.000 m2 συμπεριλαμβανομένων έντεκα μονάδων F&B.

Η έκταση των δημόσιων διαδρόμων είναι μεγαλύτερη από 10.000 m2.

Το Outlet εξυπηρετείται από έναν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο υπόγειο χώρο στάθμευσης 1.700 θέσεων σε δύο επίπεδα.

Περιβάλλεται από 20.000 m2 έντονα διαμορφωμένου χώρου, εκ των οποίων περισσότερα από 10.000 m2 είναι το διαμορφωμένο τμήμα της στέγης Car Park.

Το ΕΜΠΟΡΙΚΟ ΠΑΡΚΟ ΓΙΑΛΟΥ SMART PARK βρίσκεται 15 χλμ από το κέντρο της Αθήνας και είναι το μεγαλύτερο εμπορικό πάρκο στην Ελλάδα.

Το έργο περιλαμβάνει υπεραγορά, καταστήματα DIY, παιχνιδιών, επίπλων, ηλεκτρικών συσκευών κ.ά. και βρίσκεται δίπλα από το πρώτο εκπτωτικό χωριό McArthurGlen στην Ελλάδα.

Η επιφάνεια του οικοπέδου είναι 91.000 m2, η μεικτή επιφάνεια δόμησης 54.600 m2 και η μεικτή επιφάνεια προς μίσθωση 53.600 m2.

Υπάρχουν 2.150 θέσεις στάθμευσης.

Το έργο εκτείνεται σε συνολική επιφάνεια 25.000 m2 και περιλαμβάνει:

• Ισόγειο κτίσμα που στεγάζει ένα κέντρο διανομής και γραφεία
• Ανωδομή, ο σκελετός της οποίας είναι μεταλλική κατασκευή.

Η οροφή είναι επενδυμένη με πανέλαορυκτοβάμβακα και μεμβράνη.

Το συνολικό έργο περιλαμβάνει επίσης ένα κτήριο γραφείων σύνθετης κατασκευής και εργασίες αρχιτεκτονικής τοπίου με οδικό δίκτυο και φύτευση.

Αυτό το μεταλλικό κτήριο κατασκευάστηκε σε έκταση συνολικού εμβαδού 68.000 m2 και διαθέτει χώρο αποθήκευσης 26.000 m2 και ελεύθερο ύψος 12μ.

Το εξωτερικό περίβλημα του κτίσματος έχει επενδυθεί με πανέλα πολυουρεθάνης και η φέρουσα πλάκα είναι από οπλισμένο σκυρόδεμα.

Το κτήριο διαθέτει 31 υδραυλικές ράμπες φόρτωσης.

Η ΑΚΤΩΡ ανέλαβε την προμήθεια, εγκατάσταση, δοκιμή και θέση σε λειτουργία όλων των ηλεκτρομηχανολογικών εργασιών του Έργου.

Το έργο κατασκευάστηκε σε δύο στάδια:

Tο πρώτο στάδιο περιελάμβανε την κατασκευή του συγκροτήματος των κτιρίων για την αποθήκευση τροφών και ποτών της Lidl Hellas.

Το δεύτερο στάδιο περιελάμβανε την επέκταση του κτηρίου γραφείων.

Οι ηλεκτρομηχανολογικές εγκαταστάσεις αφορούσαν και τα δύο στάδια.

Η συνολική επιφάνεια είναι 128,692 m2 και η λειτουργική 35.000 m2. Στο έργο συμπεριλαμβάνεται και η κατασκευή της περιοχής ψύξης, επιφάνειας 4.500 m2 καθώς και η ανέγερση νέου φυλακίου.

Το έργο εκτείνεται σε συνολική επιφάνεια 70.700 m2 και περιλαμβάνει την κατασκευή χώρου ξηράς αποθήκευσης, ψυγείων και καταψυκτών.

Η οροφή της αποθήκης είναι μεταλλική και αναπτύχθηκε σε κάναβο 20μ. x 20μ. με 132 μπλοκ συνολικά. Κάθε μπλοκ εδράζεται σε δύο κυρίως δοκούς που στηρίζονται σε προκατασκευασμένα υποστυλώματα.

Το συνολικό βάρος της μεταλλικής κατασκευής είναι 3.500 τόνοι, η συνολική ποσότητα σκυροδέματος 22.000 m3 και το συνολικό μήκος χαλικοπασσάλων Φ800, 215.000μ.

Πρόκειται για ένα έργο ιστορικής σημασίας για την πόλη των Αθηνών.

Το ανακαινισμένο Hilton, συνολικής επιφάνειας δόμησης 55.000 m2, επαναλειτουργεί όχι μόνο με πλήρως αναβαθμισμένους εσωτερικούς και εξωτερικούς χώρους αλλά με την προσθήκη μίας νέας πτέρυγας 74 δωματίων, νέες αίθουσες συνεδρίων και εκδηλώσεων, καθώς και τέσσερα εστιατόρια και δύο μπαρ.

Ο κύριος σκοπός του έργου ήταν η δημιουργία περισσότερων ελεύθερων ανοιχτών χώρων με φυσικό φωτισμό ενώ ο γενικός σχεδιασμός βασίστηκε στην ιδέα της “λιτής κομψότητας”.

Πολυτελής ξενοδοχειακή μονάδα 5 αστέρων και συνεδριακό κέντρο όπου το συγκρότημα συνδυάζει μοναδικά το κλασσικό με το μοντέρνο.

Κτισμένο σε μία έκταση 75.000 m2, καλύπτει συνολική επιφάνεια 22.000 m2,  με την υπόλοιπη έκταση να καλύπτεται από ειδυλλιακούς κήπους, μεγάλη εξωτερική πισίνα ελεύθερου σχήματος συνολικής επιφάνειας 1.200 και ευρύχωρα πάρκινγκ.

Το υψηλών προδιαγραφών έργο ολοκληρώθηκε εντός του 17μηνου χρονοδιαγράμματος. Η αίθουσα Καζίνο, εκτός της κύριας αίθουσας των 3.500 m2, περιλαμβάνει και την 1000 m2  αίθουσα VIP με πριβέ εστιατόριο.

Το ξενοδοχείο διαθέτει εστιατόριο με πέντε ανοιχτούς χώρους εστίασης, μπαρ καθώς και αίθουσα για μουσικές εκδηλώσεις. Η κατασκευή του Καζίνο ολοκληρώθηκε σε 11 μήνες.

Το έργο  αφορά στην πλήρη ανακαίνιση του ξενοδοχειακού συγκροτήματος Porto Sani περιλαμβάνοντας την πλήρη ανακαίνιση των εσωτερικών χώρων, του εξωτερικού κελύφους, τις ενισχύσεις του φέροντος οργανισμού και τη δημιουργία νέων εξωστών.

Συγκεκριμένα αφορά στην πλήρη ανακαίνιση της ομάδας των 8 κτιρίων δωματίων δύο ορόφων, στην διαμόρφωση του 1 κτιρίου δωματίων σε κλειστό κτίριο πισίνων, στην ανακαίνιση του κεντρικού κτιρίου δύο ορόφων με ανακαίνιση και επέκταση του υφιστάμενου spa, των κοινόχρηστων χώρων υγιεινής, των βοηθητικών χώρων λειτουργικής υποστήριξης, των εστιατορίων Artemis και Byblos, του bar Sea Breeze, του χώρου γυμναστηρίου καθώς και ανακαίνιση και επέκταση του κεντρικού lobby και κατασκευή νέου υπόγειου χώρου.

Αφορά επίσης στην τροποποίηση των υφιστάμενων πισίνων καθώς και στις μετατροπές και ανακαινίσεις των εγκαταστάσεων υπαίθριων χώρων (ομάδα κτιρίων καταστημάτων, εστιατορίων και μπαρ στο μέτωπο της Μαρίνας), στις διαμορφώσεις του περιβάλλοντος χώρου και στην πλήρη ανακαίνιση όλων των υφιστάμενων κτιρίων Bungalows.

Το έργο περιλαμβάνει την ανακαίνιση του υφιστάμενου ξενοδοχειακού συγκροτήματος ‘Gerakina Beach’ στη Χαλκιδική, το οποίο αποτελείται από:

Η συνολική επιφάνεια του οικοπέδου είναι 89.303 m2 και η συνολική επιφάνεια δόμησης ανέρχεται σε 25.000 m2.

Δύο πολυτελή ξενοδοχεία 5 αστέρων, το “The Romanos Navarino Dunes Resort” και το “The Luxury Collection and Westin Navarino Dunes Resort”, κατασκευάστηκαν σε παραθαλάσσια τοποθεσία επιφάνειας 1.300.000 m2.

Ο περιβάλλων χώρος επιφάνειας 200.000 m2 διαμορφώθηκε κατάλληλα και φυτεύτηκαν 4.000 δέντρα και 300.000 θάμνοι.

Στο πλαίσιο της περιβαλλοντικής σχεδίασης, κατασκευάστηκε το μεγαλύτερο δίκτυο γεωθερμίας στην Ευρώπη (οριζόντιος γεωθερμικός εναλλάκτης 125.000 m), καθώς και μονάδα βιολογικού καθαρισμού τεχνολογίας MBR με ικανότητα παραγωγής 1.500 m3 καθαρού νερού ημερησίως, το οποίο μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί για άρδευση των γηπέδων γκολφ.

Η ΑΚΤΩΡ επιπλέον ανέλαβε την προμήθεια, εγκατάσταση, δοκιμή και θέση σε λειτουργία όλων των ηλεκτρομηχανολογικών εργασιών του Έργου.

Reconstruction of an old industrial building to house the National Museum of Contemporary Art. The building is composed of five full floors, a mezzanine as well as an underground level.  The total area of the building is 18.142m2.  The ground floor, with a total area of 2.866 m2, houses a temporary exhibitions gallery, the entrance lobby, the café and the sales area. The mezzanine covers part of the building with an area of 2.216m2, creating double height areas for the display of oversized works and the main entrance. The mezzanine includes offices, an auditorium and rooms for educational programs. The first floor covers an area of 3.035m2 and houses the permanent collections of the Museum, which are also being accommodated on the second (area 2.979m2) and third floor (area 2.447m2). The fourth floor, having a floor area of 2.034m2, houses the museum’s restaurant as well as a large collection of artwork. A gallery with sculptures is being accommodated on the roof terrace, being fully accessible to the public.

Aktor implemeted the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electromechanical works of the project.

Το κτήριο, το οποίο σχεδιάστηκε από τον αρχιτέκτονα Μ. Botta, αποτελείται από ισόγειο και πέντε ορόφους συνολικής επιφάνειας 6.500 m2, καθώς και τέσσερα υπόγεια επίπεδα που εκτείνονται κάτω από τις αρχαιότητες της Αχαρναϊκής οδού.

Οι αρχαιότητες εκτίθενται σε ημιυπαίθριο χώρο.

Το Νέο Δημαρχιακό Μέγαρο Θεσσαλονίκης, το οποίο σχεδιάστηκε από τον αρχιτέκτονα Δ. Μπίρη, κατασκευάστηκε σε οικόπεδο επιφάνειας 14.588 m2.

Έχει εμβαδόν 4.762 m2 και συνολική επιφάνεια δόμησης 271.000 m2 με ανώτατο ύψος κτιρίου 17 m.

Το κτήριο διαθέτει σύγχρονα οπτικοακουστικά συστήματα και Συνεδριακό Κέντρο.

Ο χώρος στάθμευσης εκτείνεται σε ένα ημιυπόγειο και τρία υπόγεια επίπεδα και έχει χωρητικότητα 870 θέσεων συνολικά.

Στη διαμόρφωση του υπαίθριου χώρου του κτηρίου χωροθετούνται 5.200 m2 πρασίνου.

Το νέο βιοκλιματικό κτήριο γραφείων της Alpha Bank στη Λεωφόρο Αθηνών αποτελείται από τέσσερα υπόγεια επίπεδα συνολικής επιφάνειας 17.400 m2 και από το βασικό κτίσμα συνολικής επιφάνειας 4.220 m2, το οποίο είναι διατεταγμένο σε δύο επιμήκεις, παράλληλες, τριώροφες πτέρυγες που επικοινωνούν μεταξύ τους σε κάθε επίπεδο μέσω εγκάρσιων γεφυρών.

Η μεταλλική οροφή του κτηρίου φέρει φεγγίτη (skylight) σε όλο το μήκος της. Το ενιαίο σύστημα οροφής δημιουργεί ένα αίθριο στο κέντρο του κτηρίου που επιτρέπει την είσοδο αέρα και φυσικού φωτός. Το αίθριο στεγάζει όλες τις δραστηριότητες για το κοινό και την κυκλοφορία.

Παρακείμενα στο κυρίως κτίσμα, στο ισόγειο, ένα γωνιακό υποκατάστημα της τράπεζας σε συνδυασμό με ένα αυτοτελές σύστημα υαλοπετασμάτων στην όψη, σηματοδοτεί την παρουσία του κτηρίου από τη Λεωφόρο Αθηνών.

Το νέο πράσινο κτήριο του Ομίλου ΕΛΛΑΚΤΩΡ ανεγέρθηκε στον αριθμό 25 της οδού Ερμού στην Κηφισιά.

Πρόκειται για ένα τριώροφο κτήριο γραφείων με ισόγειο και υπόγειο σταθμό αυτοκινήτων τριών επιπέδων.

Ο περιβάλλων χώρος είναι ασφαλτοστρωμένος και διαθέτει θέσεις στάθμευσης και ζώνες πρασίνου.

Το κτήριο είναι συμβατικής κατασκευής από οπλισμένο σκυρόδεμα. Η συνολική επιφάνεια του οικοπέδου είναι 13.516 m2 και η επιφάνεια των κτηριακών εγκαταστάσεων 30.672 m2.

Κατασκευή  κτιριακού συγκροτήματος στην Παιανία ιδιοκτησίας “KARELA S.A.” σε οικόπεδο 36.000 m2.

Το κτήριο αποτελείται από τρείς ορόφους συνολικής επιφάνειας 60.000 m2. Οι τρεις όροφοι αποτελούνται από γραφεία, αίθουσες συνεδριάσεων καθώς και βοηθητικούς χώρους του προσωπικού.

Στα τρία υπόγεια βρίσκονται οι χώροι στάθμευσης (620 θέσεις), οι ηλεκτρομηχανολογικές εγκαταστάσεις, ο χώρος ανακύκλωσης, χώροι αποθήκευσης και η Αίθουσα δεδομένων.

Το κτήριο έχει μελετηθεί και σχεδιαστεί ως «πράσινο» και έχει πιστοποιηθεί βάσει του προτύπου περιβαλλοντικής βαθμονόμησης LEED του US Green Building Council σε επίπεδο GOLD.

The project is one of the most critical interventions in Athens, aiming at the environmental improvement of the region with the creation of a metropolitan park with axes of nature, culture, sports and entertainment, while also contributing to the effective flood protection of the wider

region.

The whole project was designed by Italian architect and engineer Renzo Piano and the design cost was funded by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation.

Project’s objective is to restore the lost connection of the city to the sea, which is being implemented in two directions:

• from the city to the sea with the extension of the urban structure of Athens to the park and the water &
• from the sea to the city, by placing and intensifying elements of water and green near and within the urban fabric

The project “Regeneration of Faliro Delta” consists of 3 Phases AKTOR has been assigned with:

• 10 bridges in total have been constructed for the needs of the new road network, pedestrians and hydraulics.
• TRAM line reconstruction with new slabtrack railway system RHEDA CITY
• Development of bicycle lanes in east side of Ilisos river allowing the north penetration of park to the city. Additional bicycle lanes will be constructed along the whole new park.

Η ΑΚΤΩΡ – leader στην κατασκευή της νέας γραμμής υψηλών ταχυτήτων που συνδέει το ΣΚΑ με το Κιάτο και διέρχεται από τους νέους σταθμούς που έχουν ήδη κατασκευαστεί.

Το έργο περιλαμβάνει την κατασκευή της επιδομής και των τεχνικών έργων που στηρίζουν την επιδομή καθώς και εργασίες και εγκαταστάσεις σύγχρονων συστημάτων σηματοδότησης-τηλεδιοίκησης-τηλεπικοινωνιών, που αντιμετωπίζουν με ασφάλεια τη διαχείριση των κυκλοφοριακών αναγκών.

Περιλαμβάνονται επίσης οι ηλεκτρομηχανολογικές εγκαταστάσεις των σηράγγων σε μήκος 7,5 χλμ.

Το έργο αφορά την κατασκευή της υποδομής για τη νέα σιδηροδρομική γραμμή υψηλών ταχυτήτων Λιανοκλάδι – Δομοκός, από το χιλιομετρικό σημείο 14+000 μέχρι το χιλιομετρικό σημείο 25+000.

Πρόκειται για τμήμα της νέας εθνικής σιδηροδρομικής γραμμής υψηλών ταχυτήτων από το χιλιομετρικό σημείο 0+000 μέχρι το χιλιομετρικό σημείο 52+000. Αυτό είναι το δυσκολότερο τμήμα της γραμμής Αθήνα – Θεσσαλονίκη.

Η υφιστάμενη σιδηροδρομική γραμμή από το Σ.Σ. Τιθορέας περνά ανάμεσα από τα όρη Οίτη και Καλλίδρομο, στη συνέχεια κατηφορίζει στην κοιλάδα του Σπερχειού και κατευθύνεται προς το Σ.Σ. Λιανοκλαδιού.

Το τμήμα της γραμμής από το χιλιομετρικό σημείο 14+000 μέχρι το χιλιομετρικό σημείο 25+000 περιλαμβάνει επίσης την κατασκευή 5 σιδηροδρομικών γεφυρών συνολικού μήκους 1.796 μ, καθώς και την κατασκευή υπόγειας δίδυμης σήραγγας συνολικού μήκους (μαζί με τα τεχνικά έργα στην είσοδο και στην έξοδο) 6.409 μ για τη δεξιά σήραγγα και 6.370 μ για την αριστερή.

Η γραμμή κατόπιν ανηφορίζει στο οροπέδιο της Δομοκού και κατεβαίνει προς τον κάμπο της Θεσσαλίας κατευθυνόμενη προς το Σ.Σ. Δομοκού.

Η νέα σιδηροδρομική γραμμή υψηλών ταχυτήτων αποτελεί τμήμα του σιδηροδρομικού άξονα Αθήνα – Θεσσαλονίκη, που είναι η μοναδική σιδηροδρομική σύνδεση της νότιας και βόρειας Ελλάδας και της Ελλάδας με άλλες χώρες μέσω της Τουρκίας, της Βουλγαρίας και της περιοχής της πρώην Γιουγκοσλαβίας.

A total of 12 entrances and 3,180 m of single branch cross-section tunnel were constructed [two traffic lanes without LEA (emergency lane), with a deck width of 8 m].

Opening in extremely unfavorable geological conditions, final investment, electromechanical works, traffic monitoring system and control and recording system.

Construction of five tunnels with a total length of 4,400 m (including sections constructed by excavation and re-embankment), equipped with state-of-the-art electromechanical safety and management systems, as well as eight escape tunnels (800 m in total).

Οι σήραγγες Γ. Σημαντήρας (πρώην Μαύρη Ώρα) λειτουργούν στην περιοχή του Ασπροπύργου (κοντά στον ανισόπεδο κόμβο Αιγάλεω) από το Νοέμβριο 2003.

Οι δίδυμες σήραγγες 400μ. περίπου (τρεις λωρίδες ανά κατεύθυνση) κατασκευάστηκαν σύμφωνα με τις πλέον σύγχρονες προδιαγραφές ποιότητας και ασφάλειας.

Αποτελούν αναπόσπαστο μέρος της Αττικής Οδού, διευκολύνοντας τις μετακινήσεις των Αθηναίων και μειώνοντας δραματικά τον όγκο κίνησης στον άξονα Θεσσαλονίκη-Πάτρα μέσω Αθηνών.

Το τμήμα Μέτσοβο – Παναγιά της Εγνατίας Οδού περιλαμβάνει τις εξής σήραγγες:

1. Τη δίδυμη σήραγγα Ανηλίου (2.200μ.)
2. Τη δίδυμη σήραγγα Μετσόβου (3.550μ.)
3. Τη δίδυμη σήραγγα Μαλακασίου A’ (350μ.)
4. Τη μονή σήραγγα Κωσταράκου (750μ.)
5. Τη μονή σήραγγα Μαλακασίου Β’ (325μ.)
6. Τη δίδυμη σήραγγα Μαλακασίου Γ’ (150μ.)

Η σήραγγα Δωδώνης είναι μία δίδυμη σήραγγα μήκους 3,35 χλμ. που είναι μέρος της Εγνατίας Οδού, στο τμήμα Δωδώνης – Ιωάννινα στη Χ.Θ. 62+000.

Η κατασκευή της σήραγγας ολοκληρώθηκε το 2005.

Το βόρειο στόμιο σχεδιάστηκε με μικρές εκσκαφές, οι οποίες αντιστηρίχθηκαν με τοίχο τύπου Βερολίνου.

Οι δύο κλάδοι της σήραγγας, μήκους 3.348 μέτρων ο αριστερός και 3.347 μέτρων ο δεξιός, συνδέονται μεταξύ τους με διαβάσεις πεζών κάθε 450 μέτρα.

Η σήραγγα Δρίσκου είναι μία δίδυμη σήραγγα μήκους 4,5 χλμ που είναι μέρος της Εγνατίας Οδού, στο τμήμα Ιωάννινα – Άραχθος στη Χ.Θ. 85+000.

Είναι η μεγαλύτερη σήραγγα της Εγνατίας και είναι η δεύτερη μεγαλύτερη στην Ελλάδα. Η κατασκευή της σήραγγας άρχισε το 2001, ολοκληρώθηκε το 2008 και δόθηκε στην κυκλοφορία στις 18 Ιουνίου του ίδιου έτους.

Τα πετρώματα που έπρεπε να διαπεραστούν για τη κατασκευή της σήραγγας ανήκουν στον Ιόνιο φλύσχη, ένα λιθογραφικό σχηματισμό που αποτελείται από αλλεπάλληλες στρώσεις υλικών, κυρίως ιλυόλιθο και ψαμμίτη. Επειδή η περιοχή παρουσιάζει έντονο ανάγλυφο, σε κάποια σημεία η σήραγγα βρίσκεται κατά τόπους σε βάθος μεγαλύτερο από 200 μέτρα.

Οι δύο σήραγγες έχουν πεταλοειδή διατομή με μέγιστο ελεύθερο πλάτος 11 μέτρα. Οι δύο κλάδοι της σήραγγας, μήκους 4.581 μέτρων ο αριστερός και 4.563 μέτρων ο δεξιός, συνδέονται μεταξύ τους με διαβάσεις πεζών κάθε 350 μέτρα, ενώ υπάρχουν διαβάσεις για την έλευση οχημάτων σε περίπτωση έκτακτης ανάγκης κάθε ένα χιλιόμετρο.

Η γραμμή επέκτασης του μετρό της Θεσσαλονίκης προς την Καλαμαριά, εκτείνεται υπογείως  και έχει μήκος 4,77 χλμ.

Το έργο περιλαμβάνει την κατασκευή δύο σηράγγων, πέντε σταθμών, πέντε φρεατίων, τριών αντλιοστασίων και τριών κόμβων με τους δύο να ενσωματώνονται στον σταθμό της Μίκρας.

Επιπλέον περιλαμβάνει και την κατασκευή επίσταθμου.

Το έργο αυτό, μήκους 4,3 χλμ, συνδέει την υφιστάμενη γραμμή του ΜΕΤΡΟ στην Οδό Ερμού και μέσω των σταθμών Βοτανικός, Ελαιώνας και Αιγάλεω καταλήγει στο Φρέαρ Άλσους. Αποτελεί τη βάση για την επέκταση του ΜΕΤΡΟ στα Νοτιοδυτικά προάστια της Αττικής (Αγ. Βαρβάρα, Κορυδαλλός, Νίκαια, Πειραιάς).

Αυτή η προέκταση 5,5 χλμ του ΜΕΤΡΟ της Αθήνας περιλαμβάνει την κατασκευή κύριας σήραγγας 4.700 μ με μηχάνημα ολομέτωπης κοπής TBM – EPB, τεσσάρων νέων σταθμών με τη μέθοδο cut & cover στην Ηλιούπολη, στον Άλιμο, στην Αργυρούπολη και στο Ελληνικό, επτά φρεατίων, ενός αμαξοστασίου με cut & cover μήκους 274μ, μιας σήραγγας κατασκευής cut & cover μήκους 237μ, μιας σήραγγας πρόσβασης μήκους 211μ και τις σχετικές σιδηροδρομικές και ηλεκτρομηχανολογικές εργασίες (ηλεκτροδότηση, ηλεκτρική παροχή έλξης, συστήματα εξαερισμού και κλιματισμού, συστήματα ασφαλείας, τηλεπικοινωνιακά συστήματα, συστήματα κλειστού κυκλώματος τηλεόρασης κ.α.).

Το μήκος της επέκτασης είναι 5,3 χλμ. από το σταθμό του Υπουργείου Εθνικής Άμυνας μέχρι το Σταυρό, όπου συναντάται με την Αττική Οδό.

Η γραμμή επεκτείνεται υπογείως κατά μήκος της Λεωφόρου Μεσογείων προς το Χολαργό και στη συνέχεια μέχρι το Νομισματοκοπείο, συνεχίζοντας μέχρι τη Δουκίσσης Πλακεντίας.

Περιλαμβάνει πέντε νέους σταθμούς: Χολαργός, Νομισματοκοπείο, Αγία Παρασκευή, Χαλάνδρι και Δουκίσσης Πλακεντίας.

Η γέφυρα του Γρεβενιώτικου ποταμού βρίσκεται μεταξύ των Α/Κ Γρεβενών (Δυτικά)-08Β και Α/Κ Γρεβενών (Ανατολικά)-09, περίπου στην Χ.Θ. 160+000.

Το τεχνικό γεφυρώνει την κοιλάδα του Γρεβενιώτικου ποταμού και έχει μήκος 920 μέτρα. Η κατασκευή της γέφυρας ολοκληρώθηκε το 2008.

Η γέφυρα αποτελείται από δύο ανεξάρτητους κλάδους, τον δεξιό και τον αριστερό. Έναν ανά κατεύθυνση κυκλοφορίας, με μέγιστη απόσταση μεταξύ τους 1,10μ. (2×0,55=1,10μ.).

Οριζοντιογραφικά οι δύο κλάδοι της γέφυρας βρίσκονται σε ευθυγραμμία παράλληλα προς τον άξονα της οδού. Κάθε κλάδος αποτελείται από συνεχή προεκτεταμένο φορέα ανωδομής δέκα (10) ανοιγμάτων. Το συνολικό μήκος κάθε κλάδου μεταξύ των αξόνων εδράσεως στα ακρόβαθρα ανέρχεται σε 920μ. Το συνολικό εύρος κάθε κλάδου είναι 11,95μ.

Η διατομή των φορέων της ανωδομής είναι μονοκύψελο κιβώτιο μεταβλητού ύψους και η διατομή των κορμών των μεσοβάθρων είναι εξαγωνική κιβωτοειδής. Τα βάθρα θεμελιώνονται μέσω κεφαλόδεσμου σε σχάρα φρεατοπασσάλων. Τα ακρόβαθρα της γέφυρας είναι τοιχοειδούς μορφής και θεμελιώνονται επίσης μέσω κεφαλόδεσμου σε σχάρα φρεατοπασσάλων.

Από άποψη μηκοτομής η ερυθρά της οδού βρίσκεται σε καμπύλη αντίρροπων κυκλικών τόξων ακτινών 20.00μ. και 12.00μ. με παρεμβολή μικρού ευθύγραμμου τμήματος. Η κατά μήκος κλίση της πολυγωνικής είναι 0,44997% . Η μεγαλύτερη υψομετρική διαφορά μεταξύ της ερυθράς και του φυσικού εδάφους είναι 44μ.

Οι γέφυρες Τ9-Τ11 βρίσκονται μεταξύ των κόμβων Αράχθου και Περιστερίου στην Χ.Θ. 96+100. Η κατασκευή της γέφυρας ολοκληρώθηκε το 2010.

Η γέφυρα Τ9 είναι τεσσάρων ανοιγμάτων συνολικού μήκους 409μ. ενώ η γέφυρα Τ11 είναι τριών ανοιγμάτων συνολικού μήκους 365μ.

Το συνολικό πλάτος αμφοτέρων είναι 14,45μ. Τα μεσόβαθρα Μ1 των δύο γεφυρών θεμελιώθηκαν σε κυκλικά φρέατα διαμέτρου 11μ, ενώ τα μεσόβαθρα Μ2 θεμελιώθηκαν επί φρεατοπασσάλων Φ150.

Τα ύψη των μεσοβάθρων είναι 25μ. για τα Μ1 και 27μ. για τα Μ2 και είναι κοίλης ορθογωνικής διατομής 6,40μ. χ 7,60μ. Ο φορέας είναι κιβωτοειδής μεταβλητού ύψους, από 4,00μ. στις διατομές έδρασης των ακροβάθρων μέχρι 10,70μ. περίπου στις θέσεις στήριξης στα μεσόβαθρα Μ1, Μ2.

Η κατασκευή του φορέα της γέφυρας εκτελέστηκε με τη μέθοδο της προβολοδόμησης.

Η γέφυρα Βενέτικου βρίσκεται μεταξύ των σηράγγων Καρατζά και Βενέτικου στην Χ.Θ. 146+600. Η κατασκευή της γέφυρας ολοκληρώθηκε το 2009.

Η γέφυρα Γ1 Βενέτικου κατασκευάστηκε επί του ποταμού Βενέτικου σε δύο ανεξάρτητους κλάδους  σε ανισοσταθμία.

Ο αριστερός κλάδος είναι γέφυρα πέντε ανοιγμάτων, συνολικού μήκους 531,20 μ. και ο δεξιός κλάδος έξι ανοιγμάτων, συνολικού μήκους  636,20 μ.

Ο φορέας ανωδομής είναι κιβωτιοειδούς διατομής, διαστάσεων 7,00μ έως 2,80μ , συνδέεται μονολιθικά με τα μεσόβαθρα , εδράζεται επί εφεδράνων στα ακρόβαθρα και κατασκευάστηκε με τη μέθοδο της προβολοδόμησης.

Τα μεσόβαθρα Μ1 και Μ4 του αριστερού κλάδου καθώς και τα Μ1, Μ4, και Μ5 του δεξιού κλάδου αποτελούνται το καθένα από διπλές λεπίδες διαστάσεων 7,00*1,60 σε απόσταση 2,30μ.

Τα μεσόβαθρα Μ2 και Μ3 αμφοτέρων των κλάδων είναι κοίλης ορθογωνικής διατομής διαστάσεων 7,00μ Χ 5,50μ.

Η θεμελίωση των μεσοβάθρων Μ1 αμφοτέρων των κλάδων και Μ5 του δεξιού κλάδου έγινε με φρέατα βάθους 33μ και 24μ αντίστοιχα. Η θεμελίωση των λοιπών μεσοβάθρων και των ακροβάθρων έγινε σε δέσμη έγχυτων φρεατοπασσάλων με διάμετρο 1,20μ και βάθος από 15μ έως 20μ, συνδεδεμένοι με κεφαλόδεσμο πάχους 2,50μ για τα μεσόβαθρα και 1,50μ για τα ακρόβαθρα.

Η γέφυρα Μετσόβου βρίσκεται μεταξύ των σηράγγων Αγίου Νικολάου και Ανηλίου στην Χ.Θ. 109+000. Η κατασκευή της γέφυρας ολοκληρώθηκε το 2009.

Αποτελείται από δύο κλάδους μήκους  537μ. περίπου. Έχει τέσσερα ανοίγματα με μέγιστο άνοιγμα τα 235μ.

Η κατασκευή του φορέα της γέφυρας εκτελέστηκε με τη μέθοδο της συμμετρικής προβολοδόμησης. Έχει τρία μεσόβαθρα και ένα βοηθητικό που απομακρύνθηκε στο τέλος της κατασκευής.

Το Μ1 (41,00 και 31,00μ. ύψους) είναι συμπαγές, το Μ2 (100,00μ. ύψους) έχει κιβωτοειδή διατομή και είναι επισκέψιμο. Εδράζεται σε φρέατα ύψους 25μ.

Το Μ3 (32,00μ ύψους) είναι συμπαγές και εδράζεται και αυτό σε κυκλικά φρέατα διαμέτρου 12,0μ. και ύψους 15μ.

Η Εγνατία Οδός, ένα από τα μεγαλύτερα έργα οδοποιίας στην Ευρώπη, αποτελεί τον κύριο οδικό άξονα που συνδέει τη δυτική πύλη της Ελλάδας προς την Ιταλία (Λιμάνι Ηγουμενίτσας) με την ανατολική πύλη προς την Τουρκία στους Κήπους Έβρου (είσοδος και έξοδος προς Τουρκία) καθώς επίσης, μέσω των κάθετων οδικών αξόνων την Ελλάδα με τα Βαλκάνια.

Είναι ένας καινούριος διεθνής διαμετακομιστικός άξονας Ανατολής-Δύσης, ο οποίος περιέχει πλήθος σηράγγων, γεφυρών και ανισόπεδων κόμβων.

Η ΑΚΤΩΡ έχει κατασκευάσει τα 150 χλμ από τα 670 χλμ της Εγνατίας Οδού.

Το νέο εμπορικό κέντρο «River West» στο Αιγάλεω, είναι ένα εμπορικό κέντρο με υψηλή λειτουργικότητα.

Σχεδιασμένο με μοναδική αισθητική βελτιστοποιεί τη χρήση του φυσικού φωτός και κατασκευασμένο σεβόμενο απόλυτα τον χαρακτήρα της περιοχής.

Το εμπορικό καλύπτει μία περιοχή 20.000 m2 που μαζί με 45.000 m2 του ΙΚΕΑ, συνθέτουν το εμπορικό κέντρο «River West».

Ο υπόγειος χώρος στάθμευσης φτάνει τα 124.000 m2.

Το κέντρο λειτούργησε τον Απρίλιο του 2011 και πολύ γρήγορα έγινε το σήμα κατατεθέν της Δυτικής Αττικής.

This was a combination of a hydraulic and road construction project:

The hydraulic project included: the widening and deepening of the River Kifissos along a 1,660m stretch with covered sections totalling 260m in length, the restructuring of a 115m stretch of the Nikea streambed for the purposes of the road projects and Kifissos estuary structures at the Nikea and Kiklovoros – Pr. Daniil streams.

The road project involved the full construction of the 1,660m New Kifissos Motorway along the boundaries of the Municipality of Rentis, side roads and sections of all transverse local roads, as well as the construction of a grade-seperated junction at Ag. Anna.

The project concerns the broadening of the “Eschatia” streambed, the construction of a twin enclosed rectangular reinforced concrete culvert with dimensions (2×5.0x5.0m) and its backfilling along the length of 3km.

Aktor is the leader of the Joint Venture scheme that is responsible for the construction of the project.

Η τελική επιφάνεια, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των στηριγμάτων, του διαδρόμου έφτασε τα 61.600,00 m2 (1.020μ. x 6μ.) ενώ η επιφάνεια του τροχόδρομου τα 47.520,00 m2 (1.080μ. x 44μ.), η επιφάνεια του ενδιάμεσου τροχόδρομου τα 9.200,00 m2 και η επιφάνεια του τροχόδρομου εμβαδού 17.000,00 m2.

Οι εργασίες επίχωσης για προστασία με περιμετρικό τοίχωμα που τοποθετείται σε σχιστόλιθους για να αποτρέπεται η διάβρωση από τα συνθλιπτικά κύματα.

Η επέκταση του διαδρόμου και της τροχοδρόμησης είναι εξοπλισμένη με κατάλληλα συστήματα φωτισμού και ελέγχου αεροδρομίου. Επιπλέον εγκατάσταση φωτισμού προσέγγισης σε 750μ. μεγάλες γέφυρες τοποθετημένες σε σειρές στη θάλασσα.

Εθνικής Πινακοθήκης – Μουσείο Αλεξάνδρου Σούτσου (ΕΠΜΑΣ)

Το αντικείμενο του έργου.

Κατασκευή του νέου υπογείου κτιρίου Γ ανάμεσα στα υφιστάμενα κτίρια Α (με πρόσοψη επί της Λεωφ. Βας.Κωνσταντίνου) και Β (με πρόσοψη επί της οδού Μιχαλακοπούλου) και δημιουργία αίθουσας περιοδικών εκθέσεων και αποθηκών για τη φύλλαξη των έργων της ΕΠΜΑΣ.

• Προσθήκη εξωτερικά των κτιρίων Α και Β κλιμακοστασίων με ανελκυστήρες για την κάλυψη των απαιτήσεων πυρασφάλειας και την λειτουργική ενοποίηση των εκθεσιακών χώρων.
• Αναδιαρρύθμιση του κτιρίου Α στο Ισόγειο (υποδοχή κοινού και πωλητήριο), στον ημιόροφο (βοηθητικές χρήσεις αμφιθεάτρου, μικρό φουαγιέ) και στο υπόγειο (αμφιθέατρο, καφετέρια, παιδικό τμήμα, κοινόχρηστοι χώροι).
• Αναδιαρρύθμιση των εκθεσιακών χώρων του κτιρίου Β με νέα Μουσειογραφική Μελέτη και προσθήκη του Γ ορόφου (νέος εκθεσιακός χώρος και εστιατόριο).
• Κατασκευή του κτιρίου Β2 σε επαφή με το υπάρχον κτίριο Β με εξωτερική πλαγιοκάλυψη και επιστέγαση με σύστημα planar.
• Κατασκευή του συνόλου των νέων και σύγχρονων Η/Μ εγκαταστάσεων και συστημάτων ασφαλείας.
• Κατασκευή του συνόλου των εργασιών της Μουσειογραφικής Μελέτης.
• Κατασκευή του συνόλου των εργασιών του Περιβάλλοντος Χώρου.

Οι παραπάνω περιγραφόμενες εργασίες υπερδιπλασίασαν τις επιφάνειες του συγκροτήματος της ΕΠΜΑΣ, ώστε να μπορεί να επιτελέσει με τον καλύτερο και σύγχρονο τρόπο το έργο της.

Το νέο συγκρότημα της ΕΠΜΑΣ έλαβε διάκριση LEED SILVER, γεγονός ιδιαίτερα αξιοσημείωτο για έργα ανακατασκευής.

Attica Tollway (Attiki Odos), is a modern high standard motorway extending throughout the Greek capital and constituting the first major co-financed road project constructed in Greece on a concession basis, through an international tender from the Greek State.

The total construction cost of Attica Tollway amounted to €1.3 billion and was financed by 35% by the Greek State, including funds from the Community Support Framework, while the Concession Company “Attiki Odos S.A.” (in which AKTOR CONCESSIONS holds a 65.8% share) covered the remaining 65%, using equity and loan capital from the European Investment Bank and Commercial Banks.

The Concession Agreement was signed on May 23^rd, 1996, and its expiration date has been set to October 5^th, 2024.

Attica Tollway constitutes the connecting link of the PATHE road axis (Patras – Athens – Thessaloniki – Evzoni), as it connects the Athens – Patras National Road with the Athens – Lamia National Road, by-passing the centre of Athens.

Being a closed motorway, it has controlled access points and consists of two sections, which are perpendicular to one another: the Elefsina – Stavros – Spata A/P motorway (ESSM), extending along approximately 52 km and the Imittos Western Peripheral Motorway (IWPM), extending along approximately 13 km, while also including a 5 km part of the Western Peripheral Egaleo Motorway (EWPM).

Attica Tollway has a total length of 70 km and includes, among others, 29 Interchanges, 25 Motorway Underpasses, 38 Rail Bridges, as well as 56 Tunnels/Cut and Cover sections with a total length of 12.6 km.

AKTOR SIGNALLING

AKTOR Signalling has developed over the years of involvement in railway projects, custom solutions for signalling, including interlocking systems through ermisIXL, automatic level crossings through ermisLX and CTC (Centralized Traffic Control) systems through artemmis. Such equipment are versatile, commercial-off-the-shelf and ensure both adaptability in any project configuration and cost effective solutions.

All safety critical systems are certified for compliance with associated European standards as SIL4 (Safety Integrity level).

Typical projects where the above have been applied are:

1. Athens – Piraeus Level Crossings

The project includes the design, manufacturing, installation, testing and commissioning of three (3) ermisLX systems along the main rail corridor between Athens, Greece’s capital city and the harbor of Piraeus. All three systems are set in a common network, are remotely controlled by artemmis MMI, while isolation mode for shunting movements in the station of Rouf can be selected by the station master.

2. Larissa Control Traffic Center

The project includes the design, installation, testing and commissioning of artemmis system, which controls the traffic of the main rail corridor between Athens and Thessaloniki. For this line AKTOR Signalling has developed a specific application, which enables the efficient and smooth traffic operation. Special features as train numbering and data logging have been configured to enable Train Operator’s exploitation. The first phase of implementation includes 4 stations, which have been commissioned for trial run. The second phase includes 10 more stations in a total of 180 km line.

3. Traffic Control of R.S. Athens and R.S. A.I.Rentis

The project includes the design, manufacturing, installation, testing and commissioning of ermisIXL systems for the signalling control of the two stations and the depot area of Rentis. In the frame of the said project, all the necessary interfaces with the existing equipment have been engineered and by the utilization of artemmis system, it is possible to remotely control the station and depot areas.

One of the most emblematic projects of AKTOR in the sector of Natural Gas pipeline construction is the construction of the first section of the TAP pipeline (Trans Adriatic Pipeline) in Northern Greece, to enable the transfer of natural gas from Azerbaijan to Europe. The project entails the construction of a 180klm pipeline of 75 barg pressure, with a diameter of 48 inches, from the area of Kipi in the borders between Greece and Turkey to the city of Kavala, as well as complimentary facilities for its operation.

The construction of the project was implemented by AKTOR in a joint venture with the French Spiecapag (40%-60%).

The installation works of the pipeline noted a constant construction progress of  700 m/day (400 m/day in mountain areas) with the support of five (5) to seven (7) working teams for the connection of the completed pipeline sections. Pipe welding for the main corridor was done by automatic welding machines, a process followed by a welding ultrasonic inspection.

The project employed approximately 850 people, consists of 18 block valve stations, a number of special passages with horizontal directional drilling methods, among which four (4) river crossings with long directional drillings, scraper traps, connection lines to and from the Compressor Station and a system of Cathodic Protection and Optical Fibers Network.

AKTOR undertook and implemented the construction of the new, modern, smart and energy self-sufficient building of the Engineers and Public Works Contractors Pension Fund (TSMEDE), at Klafthmonos square, in the center of Athens. It is an office building of conventional structure made of reinforced fair-faced concrete, with basement, ground floor, mezzanine and seven upper levels, with a total area of 6,000 m².

A central factor taken into account in the architectural design and construction of the building by AKTOR was to include and highlight the important archaeological findings that came to light during the excavation of the building’s foundations and were a continuation of the ancient wall of Athens.

The building includes open plan office spaces, spaces for cultural events and a multipurpose room. Movable partitions have also been used, allowing for the necessary flexibility and the building’s adaptation to future changes. All functions are located on the five floors, while the last two floors have been planned for the management and the conference room, along with a fully equipped two-storey canteen for employees and visitors.

As a “green” building, it is equipped with modern energy efficiency systems, energy glazing, photovoltaic panels, INSTABUS for the lighting operation and management, BMS for the control and operation of all electromechanical installations, audiovisual and translation systems for the needs of conferences, as well as integrated fire protection and fire extinguishing systems.

In the context of the preparation of sports venues for the Athens 2004 Olympic Games, AKTOR undertook, as a Joint Venture leader, the project of the “Aesthetic Integration of the Olympic Sports Center of Athens (OAKA)”, designed by the world-known architect and civil engineer, Santiago Calatrava.

This impressive in size and importance project included constructions of global interest, both due to the character of the construction and their impressive design by Santiago Calatrava, as well as due to the implementation of the project by AKTOR (as a Joint Venture leader), in just 16 months.

More specifically, the constructions included in the project of the Aesthetic Integration of O.A.K.A were the following:

1. Olympic Stadium Roof: The famous “Calatrava Roof” which was praised during the Athens 2004 Olympics for its architecture and its challenging construction. The roof of the Olympic Stadium of Athens has the biggest free span in the world, spanning a distance of 304 m. The overall weight of the steel structure rises to 19,000 tons, covering an area of 25,000 m².

2. Velodrome: The Velodrome was initially constructed by AKTOR in 1991. Later on, within the framework of O.A.K.A’s Aesthetic Integration prior to the Olympic Games of 2004, AKTOR (as a Joint Venture leader), upgraded its facilities and constructed its steel roof, creating the only Indoor Velodrome in Greece. 

3. Agora: The Agora is one of O.A.K.A’s most atmospheric spaces. Inspired by the idea of the ancient Greek meeting place, the Agora consists of a series of repeated elements of large sharp top arches by steel cross sections. Agora is curve shaped, with an axial length of 475 m and a total surface that covers approximately 12,000 m², providing a pleasantly shady shelter to the path between the facilities.

4. Surroundings: In parallel with works on the buildings of the athletic facilities, AKTOR (as a Joint Venture leader), undertook the execution of a series of landscaping works in the surrounding area of the Olympic Stadium and the Velodrome. These included, among others, landfill and finishing works (paving etc.), extended network construction (drainage, sewage, irrigation etc.), with the most demanding and important among them being the power supply network and the construction of new substations. 

5. Works in relation to the Opening and Closing ceremonies of the Olympic Games 2004: The Group designed and constructed, in a quite short period of time, a series of projects to serve the needs of the Opening and Closing ceremonies of the Athens 2004 Olympic Games.

The new Acropolis Museum was constructed by AKTOR according to the designs of the internationally renowned architect Bernard Tschumi, in cooperation with the Greek architect Michalis Fotiadis. It is a 30,000-m² building, on a 21,000-m² property, which offers exhibition spaces with an area of 14,000 m², ten times larger than the old Museum.

It is a state-of-the-art building, which exceeds its function as a global museum of the 21^st century.

One of the successful challenges of the project was the integration and the highlight of all the archaeological findings discovered on the site in the design of the Museum. Today, these findings are visible to visitors through the glass floor of the Museum.

The building rests on 92 seismic bearings, thus being fully seismically insulated. The structure of the building is made up from reinforced concrete and steel, while its inner core includes precast and cast-in-place concrete with acoustical dampening perforations, where needed, for the optimization of the space’s acoustic.

The impressive glass façade, which allows visual interaction with the Acropolis and is one of the main characteristics of the Museum, is made of purified ‘’low iron’’ glass with an invisible selective UV coating for protection from UV radiation and a printed frit for shading.

Beyond the construction of the building, AKTOR also undertook both the transfer of all exhibits from the Acropolis to the Museum, as well as the entire exhibit infrastructure, including showcases, pedestals, exhibit installation systems, special lighting and supervision material.

The Acropolis Museum includes specially designed spaces which house all important archeological findings from the Acropolis, spaces for temporary exhibitions, a 200-seat auditorium with conference facilities, a 25-seat virtual reality projection room, restaurant, cafeteria, gift shops, as well as conservation laboratories and ancillary areas arranged in four underground levels.

The passage of the legendary “Astir Palace Vouliagmeni” into a new era as Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens had the signature of AKTOR. The international behemoth hotel brand trusted the leading expertise AKTOR has developed in the construction of high standard hotel facilities for the complex and extremely demanding project of the total renovation of Astir Palace Vouliagmeni”, a hotel that has been a timeless landmark for Greek tourism and one of the best new hotels of 2019, according to Forbes.

The project included the total renovation and upgrading of the two (2) main hotel units of the complex, “ARION” and “NAFSIKA”, as well as the restoration of green areas, aiming to ensure the sustainable development of the 302 acres pine-covered peninsula, in the area of “Laimos Vouliagmenis”, right in the heart of the Athens Riviera.

For the implementation of the project, AKTOR cooperated with a large team of designers and consultants from all over the world (such as top architectural and interior design offices). Apart from the need for constant and close co-ordination of all involved parties, the project included the responsibility of incorporating an extremely high level of architectural finishes, while managing a variety of top quality materials of international and Greek origin.

The totally renovated by AKTOR hotel complex consists of 192 rooms, 42 suites and 61 bungalows, with its built up area reaching 40.000 m².

AKTOR participated in Phase B’ of the Athens Concert Hall (Megaron) complex extension which included the construction of 140,000 sq.m. of new spaces, almost entirely underground facilities, as well as the landscaping of a 20,000 sq.m. garden over the building.

Constructed in 1992, the emblematic building on Vassilissis Sofias Avenue was extended with the addition of a state-of-the-art 1,400-seat Opera Stage and a 400-seat Theater Stage, both equipped with the latest electromechanical infrastructure, stage equipment and theatrical lighting.

More specifically, the Opera Stage is one of the largest in Europe, including 4 synchronized platforms with a capacity of 30 tons and distance of 20 m, 8 smaller platforms and 9 stage trolleys, apart from the various other theatrical lifting mechanisms.

The two stages are framed by a high standard Conference Center, a 1,000-seat multifunction Banqueting Hall, an atmospheric foyer, functional exhibition spaces, a unique music library, a marble Atrium, a restaurant and other auxiliary spaces. In addition, the extension provided for a Car Park of 700 spaces with direct access to the Athens Concert Hall.

At the same time, the 20,000 sq.m. surrounding space of the Athens Concert Hall was landscaped into a high standard park of special construction demands. In particular, plantings of trees of a very big size and age took place, fulfilling the need of immediate public use of the space, while a large area of lawns and bushes offered an integrated aesthetic result to the site.

The Project of Wastewater Treatment Plant in Kruševac (WWTP) was carried out by the consortium AKTOR 99.96% – Waterleau Group NV 0.04% and it is considered a milestone project for Serbia as an Infrastructure investment which also focuses on the protection of the environment.

For the construction works of the facility, which is located in the town of Krusevac in southern Serbia, 200 workers were employed to conclude the project within the contractual completion time. The unit has been in full operation since December 16, 2019, when the first sewage inflow entered the facility.

The implementation of the Project combined the design, construction, and commissioning of the facility, as well as the training of the Beneficiary’s staff (JKP Vodovod Kruševac) and the Management Service in the Operation and Maintenance of the Wastewater Treatment Plant. More specifically, Kruševac Wastewater Treatment Plant consists of mechanical wastewater treatment (primary), biological-chemical wastewater treatment (secondary and tertiary), sludge treatment, and biogas exploitation.

The Wastewater Treatment Plant in Krusevac processes wastewater from 90,000 people in the surrounding communities with a maximum daily supply of 45,500 m3 (526 1/s). The unit is the most modern in the area, the first which is operational from similar constructed projects, and apart from the sewage, it can also process the sludge for the production of biogas and therefore (among other) electricity, thus achieving the optimum energy management for the facility.

Besides, the Project includes the first solar drying unit in Serbia, which will facilitate the transfer, disposal and further use of the produced dried sludge; from the overall operation of the WWTP will no more be discharged untreated sewage into the “West Morava” river, where the plant’s treated outflow via a pipeline is being discharged. The unit adopts EU-Standards (Urban Wastewater Directive 91/271 / EEC), as the river is considered “sensitive” and an important part of the Morava Valley, crossing several cities in Serbia and beyond Krusevac.

AKTOR, as the leader of the CEPS consortium (Consorcio Expansión PTAR Salitre), undertook the design and build project of Phase II of the El Salitre Wastewater Treatment Plant, in Bogotá, capital of Colombia.

This project, contracted by the Regional Autonomous Corporation of Cundinamarca (CAR), is part of a major project for the decontamination and recovery of the Bogotá River, which is vital for the environmental recovery of the wider region.

The El Salitre Wastewater Treatment Plant will have a capacity of 7 m³/s (approximately 600,000 cubic meters per day), preventing a significant quantity of polluting load from reaching the river.

In particular, the project includes the detailed design, construction of the works, supply and installation of equipment, commissioning and assisted operation of the expansion and optimization of the El Salitre Wastewater Treatment Plant.

The current facilities of the El Salitre Wastewater Treatment Plant, Phase I, were commissioned in 2000 and can process 4 m³/s of wastewater (approximately 350,000 cubic meters per day), up to the level of primary treatment. Current conditions and future planning require the capacity of the facilities to be increased and the treatment process to be enhanced, so that the entire wastewater flow can be treated biologically.

In Phase II, the capacity for full treatment is increased up to 7 m³/s, while the pretreatment and primary treatment units are able to receive and process up to 14 m³/s.

The pre-treatment process involves the removal of bulky and solid waste, as well as grit and grease, while protecting the downstream wastewater treatment units. In primary sedimentation tanks, with a diameter of 45 m, part of the solid particles settles and is removed along with the primary sludge, while floating materials are also collected and removed.

In the biological reactors, organic materials and nutrients are broken down and metabolized by aerobic microorganisms, through aeration. In secondary sedimentation tanks, with a diameter of 55 m, microorganisms and other suspended particles are separated from treated wastewater, resulting in the production of secondary sludge and treated water.

The sludge produced through the clarification process is pumped to anaerobic digesters, where the sludge is stabilized, so that the final product, after additional treatment, can be used as fertilizer. The biogas produced during the anaerobic digestion process is used in cogeneration units, for the production of electricity and thermal energy.

When the above processes are completed, the treated effluent goes through the disinfection process. The final product, free of organic material and bacteria, is then discharged into the Bogotá River, enabling its recovery to a living ecosystem.

Psyttalia Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), the main wastewater treatment plant in the greater Athens area, is an exemplary project of the expertise and the leading position AKTOR holds in the field of wastewater treatment projects, being one of the largest, the most complex and technologically advanced constructions in the field at an international level.

With a treatment capacity of 5,600,000 Equivalent Population and an hydraulic capacity of 27 m³/s, the Psyttalia WWTP is an infrastructure project which has managed to completely transform the image of the Saronic Gulf and the coastline of Athens.

The facilities of the Psyttalia WWTP include pre-treatment of wastewater in the area of Akrokeramos, with removal of heavy solids, gridding, removal of sand and deodorizing, as well as a smaller pretreatment unit at Kynosoura, on Salamina Island. Pretreated wastewater is then piped, by means of submerged pipes, to the island of Psyttalia, 2 km west of Piraeus Harbor. On a surface of 560,000 sq.m., the island of Psyttalia hosts the main wastewater treatment units, operating with an activated sludge system and achieving removal of organic load (advanced secondary treatment), sludge treatment units (thickening, hydrolysis, anaerobic digestion, dehydration and thermal drying of sludge), as well as thermal and electric power generation stations, operating with biogas and natural gas.

As one of the biggest environmental projects in Greece, Psyttalia WWTP contributes vitally to the environmental protection of the area, while enhancing biodiversity in the ecosystem of the Saronic Gulf.  Moreover, the important sustainability elements of the Plant (biosolids utilisation, biogas utilisation, reuse of treated effluent etc.) are of vital importance for Greece.

AKTOR provides Operation and Maintenance services to Psyttalia WWTP, including works for the improvement of the facility’s energy management towards maximum possible increase of the plant’s energy self-sufficiency rate.

The twin railway “Othrios” tunnel, which was completed by AKTOR at the end of 2018, is the 2^nd longest railway tunnel in Greece after the Kallidromo tunnel. It is a high speed tunnel of 7.02 km, a significant part of the Athens-Thessaloniki railway line in the section of Tithorea-Domokos, which will allow for the operation of electric trains, reducing further the travelling distance between Athens and Thessaloniki.

The “Othrios” Twin Tunnel, the 2^nd longest railway tunnel in Greece, as well as the Ekkara Bridge (SG26), the largest railway bridge in the Balkans, are extremely demanding and challenging projects and an active contribution on behalf of AKTOR in the modernization and evolution of the railways in Greece.

The Rion – Antirrion Bridge constitutes one of the most emblematic projects in Greece, while it is the largest in length multi-span cable-stay bridge worldwide. ΑKTOR, experienced in the construction of bridges, was in the front line during the construction of this monumental and difficult infrastructure project.

The construction of the Rion – Antirrion Bridge was very challenging due to the combination of a number of unfavourable factors, such as the unusual depth of the bridge’s foundations, poor resistance of the seabed and the high degree of seismic activity and tectonic movement in the area.

In order to face the special characteristics and challenges of the construction, innovative designs and off-shore construction methods were implemented. Those include the shallow foundations on reinforced soil, the continuous and fully suspended deck for the full length of the bridge (2,252 m), the huge dissipation system, the stay cables equipped with special para-seismic devices and the expansion joints, which can accommodate large displacements in all directions.

The total length of the Rion – Antirrion Bridge is 2,833m., while the cable section of the bridge is 2,252 m.

The foundations of the Rion – Antirrion Bridge have 90m. diameter and are situated at a depth of 65m., which signifies a global record. The pylons’ height ranges from 145m. to 165m. above sea level and the height of the free center-span is 52m., ensuring the clear passage of all ships.

The main construction works commenced in October 1998 and were completed by August 2004.

The construction of the Rion – Antirrion Bridge allowed for the permanent connectivity between the Peloponnese and Western Greece, by reducing the average crossing time from 45 minutes, by boat and often interrupted due to weather conditions, to only 5 minutes by car via the Bridge.

AKTOR has acquired extensive and profound experience in the construction of all types of bridges, following its participation in the monumental and challenging project of the Rion – Antirrion Bridge and the innovative for the time Evripos Bridge, in Evia, which was the first cable-stay bridge in Greece. AKTOR enriches its know-how with research into latest methods using the most modern methods and technology innovations, such as prefabrication, launching of prefabricated beams, cantilever construction, sliding incremental launching and others.

The Railway Bridge of Ekkara (SG26), in Domokos, plays a crucial role in the completion of the high-speed railway line in the section Tithorea-Domokos. Its construction was undertaken by AKTOR and the project was completed in the end of 2018.

The Railway Bridge SG26 of 404.80 m. length is the longest cable-stay railway bridge in the Balkans.

More specifically, it is a three tied arches bridge made of steel, constructed with the incremental launching method. The bridge crosses the active fault of Ekkara, a fact that signifies the increased construction challenge, due to the need to anticipate and face major earthquakes, which are usual for the area. The bridge consists of three tied arches on concrete piers. Its height is 70 m. and the deck’s width is 18.02 m. The main longitudinal beams, the arches and the hangers are made of steel, while the transverse I-beams are mixed with the rail track panels.

The Ekkara Bridge (SG26), the largest railway bridge in the Balkans, as well as the “Othrios” Twin Tunnel, the 2^nd longest railway tunnel in Greece, are extremely demanding and challenging projects and an active contribution on behalf of AKTOR in the modernization and evolution of the railways in Greece.

The construction of the 28.2 km modern motorway from Demir Kapija up to Smokvica by AKTOR in April 2018, signaled in parallel the completion of the European Corridor X that connects Salzburg, Austria with Thessaloniki, Greece via Ljubljana, Zagreb, Belgrade and Skopje (total length of 1,451 km).

The motorway is a dual carriageway with two lanes plus an emergency lane per direction and is a section of the Trans European Transport Network. The construction project also included two twin tunnels of 4.7 km, 6 major bridges, 2 interchanges, 5 overpasses and 7 underpasses, as well as 120 underground culverts.

The estimated circulation of the motorway is approximately 10,000 vehicles/day.

The Motorway Demir Kapija-Smokvica, also called «Friendship Motorway» was a symbolic project, since it marked the start of the European campaign for community support in the sector of transports.

AKTOR was the leader of the multinational Joint Venture “ALYSJ” which undertook the Design and Construction of the “Gold Line Metro” project in Doha, the capital of Qatar. The Gold Line project is by far the largest singular construction project of the Doha Metro.

The project included the construction of a 23.3 km long underground tunnel with a diameter of 6.17 meters, as well as of 10 underground stations, with high-end architectural finishes, high technology automations, complex smoke exhaust systems in case of fire in the stations, as well as state of the art MEP systems. In addition, the project involved the construction of an underground depot with a total length of 650 m. and a central cooling plant for three of the stations.

Also known as the “Historic Line”, the Gold Line crosses Doha from East to West, along the lines of the old city of Doha. The project was designed to support the underground transportation system of Central Doha and is part of Qatar Integrated Rail Project and of the new transportation system promoted by the country within the framework of Qatar National Vision 2030. In terms of architecture, the stations have been designed to refl³ect the cultural heritage of Qatar, with “vaulted spaces” and inspiration by traditional Bedouin tents.

The implementation of this extremely complex and demanding construction in the heart of Qatar’s capital required the simultaneous utilisation of six (6) Tunnel Boring Machines (TBM). Tunnel boring was carried out on karst limestone with voids within the underground water-table, while, for the safe navigation of TBMs and the early detection of voids or cavities, an advanced technology tracking system (ΒΕΑΜ) was applied on the TBMs’ cutter heads. The project involved 108,892 precast concrete elements for the lining of the tunnels, the excavation of 4.9 million m³ at the stations, the incorporation of 1 million m³ of concrete, 171,403 tons of steel reinforcement, as well as a large number of traffic detours and shifts of utility networks. Moreover, due to the presence of large groundwater inflows in the area of Doha, the project required the pumping of a total 129 million m³ of groundwater for the construction of the stations.

All works for the Gold Line Metro Project were carried out according to the highest standards and, as in every project of AKTOR, top priority was given to Health, Safety and Environment provisions. Finally, sustainable design was further ensured with the application of the Global Sustainability Assessment System (GSAS), a specialized methodology adapted to the Gulf’s unique environment.
