Alexandros Exarchou, Managing Director of AKTOR, distinguished lawyer, has significant experience in negotiating corporate contracts, such as Joint Venture Agreements, Consortium Agreements, Shareholders Agreements and Share Sale Agreements. Alexandros Exarchou has been involved in well-known BOT projects in Greece (Metro of Thessaloniki, Rio-Antirrio Bridge, Athens Metro Project, Olympic Airways S.A. Maintenance and Repair Hangar, Egnatia Odos, Piraeus Port, Athens International Airport, Macedonia Airport New Terminal, Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Centre, Costa Navarino) and abroad (Mafraq STP Abu Dhabi, Blue City Oman etc.)
Alexandros Exarchou has a bachelors’ degree from the School of Law of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, as well as a diploma in English Legal Studies and a Master of Laws degree from the School of Law of the University of Manchester.
Konstantinos Mathiopoulos is the Vice-Chairman of AKTOR S.A.
He joined the company in 1981 where has held management positions with responsibility for developing and executing large-scale projects. He has more than 35 years of experience in the areas of construction management and executing building and industrial projects.
He holds an MSc degree in Civil Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece (1977).
Ioannis Anastasiadis has been the Managing Director of AKTOR Facility Management since 2014.
Ioannis Anastasiadis studied Electrical Engineering at the National (Metsovian) Technical University of Athens (1984). He then served as Maintenance Manager in Bank of Athens from 1986 to 1992 and subsequently joined ATTIKO METRO S.A. as responsible for all LV Electrical Projects of Lines 2 and 3.
In 1998, he was appointed as Chief Commissioning Engineer of all Electrical Projects at the Athens International Airport. He continued as Chief Electrical for Maintenance and ultimately became Director of Maintenance, until May 2008 when he joined AKTOR Facility Management as General Manager.
Paris Kallitsantsis has served since January 2012, as AKTOR’s Middle East Operations Manager and is AKTOR’s Middle East Area Manager since August 2018 managing projects and activities in Qatar, Kuwait and U.A.E. He has been involved in well-known and emblematic projects in the Middle East, such as the Doha Metro Gold Line, numerous projects at Hamad International Airport and the Ali Bin Hamad al-Attiyah Arena.
He has represented AKTOR in several multinational Joint Ventures of up to 5 members. He has also led the expansion of AKTOR’s activities into Facilities Management field, introducing now AKTOR as a leading Facility Management company in Qatar with extensive Facility Management operations in both Hamad International Airport and Doha Metro.
Paris Kallitsantsis has been Vice President in four Business Councils Greece-Kuwait, Greece-Qatar, Greece-United Arab Emirates and Greece-Saudi Arabia since the beginning of their operation.
He served as Analyst in London for both Rothschild & Co and Fortress Investment Group between the years 2008-2010 and 2007-2008 respectively.
He studied Master of Engineering (MEng), Civil Engineering, in Bristol University of England (2006), while, since 2011 is a holder of an ΜΒΑ (Master in Business Administration) of the INSEAD of France.
