Ioannis Moraitis holds post-graduate degrees in Geodetic Information Systems and Business Administration and has extensive professional experience in private and public building and technical infrastructure projects. In 1998, he became Project Manager of ELLINIKI TECHNODOMIKI S.A. and on June 2005 he assumed the duties of REDS S.A. General Director.
Ioannis Moraitis is a Civil Engineer from the National Technical University of Athens (Metsovio Polytechnic,1991), ΜSc, GGIS University College London (1993), MBA Excecutive Athens University of Economics and Business Administration (2006).
Gerasimos Georgoulis is Chief Financial Officer of AKTOR, while since 2002 he was CFO of EL. TECH. ANEMOS Group and since 2009, he has been also Head of Financial Services of REDS Group.
From 1984 to 2001, he was monitoring agent for a number of ELLAKTOR Group’s Sociétés Anonymes and joint ventures with construction activity.
In addition, he is a Member of the Economic Chamber of Greece. Gerasimos Georgoulis is a graduate of the Department of Business Administration of the Technological Educational Institute of Athens and of the Department of Business Administration of the Athens University of Economics and Business (ASOEE).
Christos Panagiotopoulos has been active in the construction and real estate sector in Greece and abroad since 1988. He is a founding member and a major shareholder of construction and real estate companies in Greece in which he holds positions in the Board of Directors (NYMPHEA HELLAS SA, ATHOS ASSET MANAGEMENT, P & C Development SA, etc.). Since 2014, he has been a non-executive member of REDS S.A. Board of Directors and in June 2018 he took over the position of Chairman and Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors.
Christos Panagiotopoulos is a Civil Engineer from the National Technical University of Athens (1988).
Antony Hadjioannou is the Deputy Group CFO of the ELLAKTOR Group of companies, the leading Greek construction – infrastructure group.
Antony Hadjioannou has extensive experience in financial services in Greece and internationally both at corporates and in banking.
He has been with the ELLAKTOR group since 2007 holding the position of Group Treasurer also supervising the investor relations department.
Before joining the ELLAKTOR group he worked for Shell Company Hellas, Kantor Management Consultants and National Bank of Greece (based in Athens, Greece) and UBS Investment Bank (based in London). Antony Hadjioannou holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from the Athens Economic University (ASOEE) and an MBA from Rotterdam School of Management – Erasmus University (The Netherlands). He is married with two children.
Theodoros Xenidis joined ELLAKTOR Group in 1989. Member of the BoD of YIALOU EMPORIKI & TOURISTIKI S.A. and YIALOU ANAPTYXIAKI S.A. He has participated in the materialisation of major Investments of the ELLAKTOR Group or its clients, such as the Development of major Residential, Special Tourist Installations, Logistics, Industrial, Offices, Commercial and Entertainment Complexes and retail chains as well as in the feasibility studies and the tendering procedures. Member of Real Estate committees hold by the Technical Chamber of Greece and by the Hellenic Association of Rural and Surveying Engineers. Member of the Hellenic Institute of Valuation.
Theodoros Xenidis is a Rural & Surveying Engineer from the National Technical University of Athens (Metsovio Polytechnic,1987), ΜSc Real Estate Appraisal (2005).
Theodoros Pantalakis holds a degree from the Department of Business Administration of Piraeus Higher School of Industrial Studies.
Previous employment – commitments From 1980 to 1991, he worked at the National Investment Bank for Industrial Development (ETEBA), whereas during the period 1983 – 1985 he was Associate of the Deputy Minister for National Economy, Mr. Kostis Vaitsos, while during the period 1985-1988, he was Director of the Office of the Deputy Minister for National Economy, Mr. Theodoros Karatzas. From 1991 to 1996, he was Assistant General Manager at Interamerican Group. From March 1996 to April 2004, he held the position of Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Greece, while concurrently he was President, Vice-President or Board member of subsidiaries of the National Bank. He has also been Vice Chairman of the Athens Stock Exchange, Chairman of the Central Depository, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Hellenic Bank Association, etc. In May 2004, he became Vice Chairman of the BoD of Piraeus Bank, and from January 2009 to December 2009, he was Vice President and Deputy CEO of the Group. At the same time, he was Chairman or Board member of subsidiaries and affiliates of Piraeus Bank Group.
From December 2009 to July 2012, he served as Chairman of the BoD – Governor of the Agricultural Bank of Greece (ATE). During the same period, he was Chairman or Board member of subsidiary companies of ΑΤΕ. He was also a member of the BoD and of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Bank Association. Today, he is the CEO of Attica Bank.
He has extensive experience in studying, developing and evaluating real estate projects and participating in public tenders. P. Sofiadis is a graduate of the NTUA School of Architecture (1968-1973) and a founding member, manager and liquidator of the construction company “G. Pervolarakis – P. Sofiadis Ltd. between 1973-1990. He has worked as a construction engineer at the NIS (Katechaki) building – VIOTER SA. and as a Managing Director and CEO of the Graphic Arts Industry – Box making “O. Pervolarakis – B. Lykoyiannis SA” until 1992.
He collaborated with the ELLAKTOR Group and Hellenic Technodomiki from 1992 to 2009. During 2009-2010 he worked at the Rizarios Church School Foundation as a technical consultant in real estate matters. Also, during his term as Reserve Officer he served at the National Fleet Fund (Property Management).
In parallel, P. Sofiadis has been working as an Architect in designing-building supervision and real estate development and has been participating, as executive board member, in several real estate and property management companies. ( i.e. Chairman and CEO of BoD of various companies (PEIRA SA, KRITON – DILAVERIS etc).
