Dimitrios Kallitsantsis
Chairman
Dimitrios Kallitsantsis is one of the founders of ELLAKTOR S.A. He is also a founder and active member of various companies in the construction and energy industries, also involving public concessions projects.
From 1982 he served as Vice President at Elliniki Technodomiki S.A. In 1999 following the capital stock collaboration agreement between AKTOR S.A. and Elliniki Technodomiki S.A. he became Managing Director of AKTOR S.A. and remained in this role until November 2016. In parallel, following the transfer of the construction divisions of Elliniki Technodomiki S.A. and TEV S.A. to AKTOR S.A., he was appointed as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of ELLAKTOR S.A.
During his tenure as Managing Director of AKTOR, having the responsibility of building projects, he completed emblematic projects such as the Olympic Stadium, the Olympic Village and the International Broadcasting Centre for the 2004 Olympic Games, the Athens Concert Hall, Acropolis Museum and the Costa Navarino Resort. He has also completed significant projects in the UAE, Oman and Qatar.
Dimitrios Kallitsantsis is a Greek national and an architect with a degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (1975).

Anastassios Kallitsantsis, Managing Director of ELLAKTOR Group, is one of the founders and major shareholders of ELLAKTOR S.A., being an active member of the construction industry in Greece since 1976.
For almost 15 years, he had been Chairman of ELLAKTOR S.A., Chairman and CEO of EL.TECH. ANEMOS S.A. (development and operation of wind farms).
He also served on the Executive Committee of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (SEV) since 2005, as a Secretary General between 2008-2010 and Vice President since May 2010. In addition, he is Member of the Board of Directors of SEV Business Council for Sustainable Development since its incorporation (2008), and he had been Chairman of the Board of Hellenic Association of Independent Power Producers since its establishment and until 2018.
Anastassios Kallitsantsis is a Greek national and a Civil Engineer with a degree from the National Technical University of Athens (1976).
Charalambos Sofianos
Managing Director
Charalambos Sofianos has a graduate degree from National Technical University of Athens in civil engineering.
After his military service, he worked as a freelancer in construction of private projects.
He was president of the Technical Chamber of Greece (Western Crete section) during 1983-1990.
He worked as a technical advisor of OSSAYK SPE (Building society) during 1989-1995, in Chania Crete, for the urban planning and the infrastructure of a 600 acres area.
He was the Secretary-General of Region of Central Macedonia and the Secretary-General of Ministry of Health during 1996-2004.
As an executive of HELECTOR S.A. since 2007, he was the Construction manager responsible in some of the biggest projects of the company (in the field of waste and energy management) in Greece, until 2018 when he took over as CEO of HELECTOR S.A.
George Poulopoulos

George Poulopoulos holds the position of the Chief Financial Officer of ELLAKTOR Group since May 2020. Mr. Poulopoulos has 25 years of experience at the banking sector. He has served as the Vice-Chair of the ExCo of Piraeus Bank and COO from July ‘17 to December ‘18 . From June ‘16 to April ‘18 he was the Acting CEO of Piraeus Bank, while since 2010 he was the Group CFO of Piraeus Βank.
Mr. Poulopoulos is a graduate in Economics of the University of Athens and holds an MBA from Henley Management College in London.
George Skouteropoulos

George Skouteropoulos is an HELECTOR executive for more than 10 years having the role of Finance Manager while, since March 2016, he is the Cypriot Operations Director of HELECTOR. He has been elected as member of HELECTOR Board of Directors since March 2016.
George Skouteropoulos is a graduate of University of Piraeus, faculty of Financial Banking and Management, while he holds a postgraduate degree from University of York.
