Comninos-Alexios Comninos has worked for Merrill Lynch International Private Banking Group (1994-1998), has set up the Private Banking Division for the National Bank of Greece and headed the department until 2002. He joined Marfin Egnatia Bank in 2002 as Group Director of Wealth Management & Private Banking and remained in this position until July 2008.
From July of 2008 until September of 2011 he was an executive member of the Board of Directors of HYGEIA Group, C.E.O. of MITERA S.A., and president of the Boards of various medical and commercial subsidiaries in Greece and abroad.
From September 2011 until May 2012 he was an executive officer of Marfin Investment Group.
Comninos-Alexios Comninos was born in Athens in 1965. He holds a B.A. degree in Business Economics and in Organizational Behavior & Management from Brown University, an M.Sc. degree in Real Estate Development & Investment from New York University and an MBA degree from IMD.

Konstantinos Hadjipanayotis has extensive experience in the banking sector, being the co-founder of AegeanBalticBank (ABBank) and holding the position of CEO of the bank since its establishment in 2002.
From 1989 to 2002 he was the Director and Vice President of the BoD of Euro Finance Services S.A., having previously held senior positions at First National Bank of Chicago, Greyhound Corp., as well as in a number of major shipping companies.
Konstantinos Hadjipanayotis holds a MA in Economics from Waterloo University in Canada and a BA in Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business.

Diana Markaki is Global Director at Gategroup, responsible for $1 billion worth of fixed assets in more than 60 countries and has delivered numerous major construction projects globally, leading multi-functional and multi-cultural teams.
Before joining Gategroup she held leadership positions at the Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP), a project of significant geopolitical importance, at the company’s headquarters in Switzerland.
She is a lawyer by trade with more than 15 years’ experience at international law firms, as corporate General Counsel in leading companies both in Greece and abroad, as well as Executive Manager in large corporations in Switzerland. She has advised major international companies on debt and equity raising, IPOs & rights issues, mergers, acquisitions and disposals, project financing and corporate restructuring.
She served as Programme Consultant at the United Nations Development Programme (UDP) in New York, as well as member of the support team for the 2005 UN World Summit.
She has a Law degree and LL.M. in International and European Law from the University of Athens. She is an Executive MBA candidate at Harvard Business School.
Diana Markaki is based in Switzerland and is a member of the Women Corporate Directors foundation and the 2020 Women on Boards campaign.
